Nandanavana Hospitality and Services.

We have booked 8 rooms on condition of 24 hours checkout. But later they charged for 4 rooms for two days. They have cheated us.. One should be careful before booking in this hotel. Manager is rude and argumentative.

It was a fantastic stay rooms are very neat and clean service is good they have an attached restaurant which has a delicious food one can consider it for a good and comfortable stay

The place looks good from outside due to location,but inside it the rooms are small, not maintained and the staff is non friendly. Very laid back attitude and they have absolutely no sense of customer service. Due to the location we had to go and stay. *we should have read the previous reviews before checking in*

Satisfied with the overall experience we had at Nandanavana...enroute Kollur and Murudeshwar and the Maravanthe beach. The Deluxe room was clean and spacious, washrooms were well maintained, hot water facility was available round the clock, good parking space. Nice halt destination for someone who might be travelling from Mookambika to Murudeshwar... their in-house restaurant food (both veg and non veg) is really nice and available under affordable prices. Would recommend for sure! Thank you! P.S. I gave a 4-rating because I feel the hospitality could have been better.. first, there was no one at the reception area when we came in and it took them sometime to clean the room and get us the key (when we already had prior bookings made for the day)! Second, the bedsheet put up on the bed was torn but the blanket was nicely put up so we did not notice until late night (looked like burnt one midst of ironing) so we dint bother to request a change.

Hotel location was perfect for halt near Murudeshwar/ Kollur Mookambika. The rooms are also ok. However, the maintenance and service is not good. Our room was very dusty and bed linen was not clean. We paid for additional bed but it also came with torn bedsheet. One of the remote in room had dead batteries so not working. Can be considered as an option for night halt on highway if travelling long distances.

Waitor mahabhala is the owner of this hotel....he speaks more than A owner..... don't go family customers...there is no management system..
