If you are looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by lush greens, then this is best place to and have fun with friends and family. They have a care taker who tries to provide the best service. The rooms are very spacious with amenities and are super clean. Swimming pool is little small and clean and on any hot sunny day , dipping into the pool is worth. Live bbq is also available at the stay for an extra charge. They have their own food service, The food was decent in quality and was total worth for the money they charged.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this homestay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality by the hosts. Had an amazing experience in here.. The stay was very peaceful You will get to experience that peaceful nature Which is filled with greenery around. The pool was well maintained and spacious and also the rooms are very neat and wide . People are very friendly. I suggest you to have this Wonderful experience with your family and friends.

Spent 3 amazing days at The Kalavady Farm The calm ambiance and the closeness to nature was exactly what we needed after a few hectic days traveling. We had full access to the kitchen, pool and felt very welcome at all times. The owners were amazing people, they helped us organise kayaking, yoga sessions and more. Felt like we arrived as costumers and left as good friends! Couldn't be more happy with our stay

Whether you'll like this place or not depends on your expectations. Many things aren't clear in the website. It's too far from main road and nearby you'll not see much people, no houses also. In the farm one boy will be present and he'll bring whatever you ask for. There are 3 rooms, one swimming pool on shared basis. Chances are high that you'll end up as the only person who booked the farm and that's the only problem here. We felt little scary at night as we were just 2 person me and my wife. I thought of calling the owner but that may be construed as creating scene so didn't take chance. Later I came to know the owners father and mother stays within 200 meter distance only. I wish they'd come and visit us once considering the loneliness of the place. The rooms are very good, clean and tidy. It's a cashew farm, having variety of flowers too, if you are here you can simply enjoy the farm without going anywhere else.

We were a group of 10 friends who extremely enjoyed every minute spent at Kalavady. The setup is beautiful amidst nature. Very silent and peaceful surrounded by forests, farms and hills. We had the entire property privately assigned to us during our time at the stay. The 3 rooms for the stay are great and can easily accommodate 8 ppl on the default beds and has enough space to manage another 4-6 on additional mattresses arranged on request. 2 of these rooms are next to each other separated by a beautiful and sweet swimming pool to enjoy and have fun with your group. The third one is on the entrance itself alongside the Kitchen/dining area and the manager's office. The manager was very nice to us and did assist us with all our needs in terms of shopping grocery and goods for our cooking, keeping the chicken marinated and ready for our BBQ session and also arranging us good food for dinner parcelled from a restaurant at the city. Its a good place to forget everything and get away from the busy lives and enjoy some quality and fun filled times with your loved ones in the family n friends. Possibly a good place for a small work team outing too whether for work or fun. The set up is ideal for people of all age groups. The pool, the BBQ setup and the kitchen to self cook is a great one to experience with the group. We had a beautiful time here and would definitely love to visit again when another opportunity arises with our family and friends. Just to add on and I know it has happened earlier at Kalavady, the property would suit well for a small function/gathering as well of about 50-100 people. Cheers to Team Kalavady... We loved this place. Disconnect from city. we went for Morning walk, it was peaceful. 2 AC cottages for 2couples with pool. Note-make sure to spend atleast half day in the farm to enjoy the morning walk, pool, barbecue. Care taker was very helpful, he bought us all the items required for our cooking. Please carry loud speakers if u are party animal. We Had beer in the pool with loud music. Amazing experience.

Best budget stay for a group of 8-10 people. Service, location and cleanliness were outstanding. Although there were some minor drawbacks, we enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable stay.
