5 stars for the friendly and accommodating staff. We had to stay here with my parents for few days because of some unforeseen circumstances. Our tensed stay turned into a vacation because of the staff and the location. Very calming place. We were provided with utmost care and hospitality. Suitable to vacation along with family and group of friends. Definitely would like to visit again for an actual vacation.

Memorable stay, perfect place for family with kids. Tasty food and spacious rooms well maintained.|Location is very good. Not too far from Bagalkot city. I will definitely recommend to all my well wishers, friends and relatives. Keep it up Kanthi Resorts.

The hotel staff has been cordial and the food has also been really good. In addition, the location is serene and peaceful. Enjoyed our weeklong stay here away from the city. Enough space for conferences, business meets. It also has a theme park which was not functional at the moment.

Went first time to kanti resort yesterday,, it's the most peaceful place in the city ,,with its sophistication ambience,, foods list is short but sweet and high quality,, go with patience enjoy the ambience ,, chicken and veg starters are very special,, only quality people deserve this place .

The term "resort" doesn't quite fit this property--it's more of a basic hotel. Located on the outskirts of the city, the building looks old both inside and out. The major issue is the severe lack of staff. The front desk staff are the only ones available, and they're responsible for handling everything, which results in poor service. Hospitality here is virtually nonexistent--something as simple as getting a water bottle delivered to your room is a challenge. It seems the owner or manager has little understanding of what hospitality entails. Unfortunately, service quality is zero. Since Bagalkot lacks better options, people often end up staying here out of necessity. The property has a swimming pool, but it was out of service and poorly maintained during my visit. There's also a small water activity area, which was closed as well. Overall, the property suffers from poor maintenance.

Amazing Stay at Kanthi Resort! Had a wonderful time at Kanthi Resort--beautiful location, clean and cozy rooms, delicious food, and super friendly staff. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend it!

i had a mixed experience at this property. While the accommodations were satisfactory, the management was uncooperative and overly focused on additional charges. We requested an early morning check-in, but the manager cited numerous issues and eventually charged us Rs 1500 for a early check in (two hours). Furthermore, when we asked about ordering food and breakfast outside of the package, the manager was unhelpful and evasive. Throughout our stay, the manager consistently deferred to Make My Trip officials, suggesting we contact them directly to resolve any issues. I believe that a change in manager would greatly improve the property's overall experience and sales.
