DIrty Rooms, Bathroom & Corridors. The Hotel doesn't have toilet seat on any commode. The staff of the Hotel doesn't even care to switch on lights in corridor after dark. Even the staff are ill behaved. Had a worst experience in this hotel so checked out early morning. Although Bagalkot has no proper hotels stay away from this hotel atleast. Would have rated 0 if had a choice. Disgusting....... Manager & Hotel.

Worst experience. There was no power or back up. When asked, hotel manager said diesel is not there. Pathetic service. Not at all recommended. We had to call up Goibibo to cancel the booking after we checked in. And shifted to another hotel.

Awesome ambience stay for 3 days just love it , worth ever penny , just go for it . The food and service is excellent.

Unmaintained rooms. Dirty carpets and curtains. Not at all worth for The price they charge. Away from town and you will have to depend on Zomato for food.

If you are looking for warm service, this hotel provides it with Mahendra being an exceptional host. The rooms were decent but needs thorough cleaning that cockroaches were found in all the rooms booked by our team. They did put anti-cockroach spray when asked but they seriously need to consider doing pest control and maintain cleanliness of the common areas which had a weird smell everytime we passed by the corridors. The food in the restaurant is decent with warm behaviour from the staff. Overall it was a lukewarm experience which has tremendous potential for improvement.

Worst hotel of my life. Staff behavior is not acceptable avoid booking
