The rooms are full of mosquitoes, and the service staff is very good. But everything happens according to their wish. No staff are professionally trained. Rooms are less priced but quality of The rooms are very worse than that. Hotel owner is a good and humble person. If you want to visit the hotel, your health will be at risk.

The rooms need service, for example comode flush doesn't work, bathroom door doesn't close properly, no hot water, fans work only on top speed....we rented 2 rooms and both of them had same issues. On top, the reception keeps their phone switched off in the night until next day after 7am

The rooms are very dimly lit like a bar, have musky smell. No towel or toiletries provided. Cleanliness is ok ok. They provide 24 hrs checkout time

We can give below 1 rating because No room service and manager also very wast when you call he said only 5 min but that 5 min never come. So completely wast service so request please don't come here.

Good decent hotel for the price and at good location, restaurant attached is veg and good, but the reception & service staff are rude, it's better they have a female at reception who well monitors the staff behavior as well.. Thanks

A very rude service. Not co-operative at all (especially the one at the reception). The staff will always give you very arrogant answers. The hotel window doesn't have the mosquitoes net, so one can't open the window because the mosquitoes will get in. It has a Big bathroom but hot water comes between 7-9am and one has to waste 3-4 buckets of water before actually getting the hot water. No bath mat; so one has to walk in the room with wet feet, rooms very dusty, there are lot of light bulbs but all are very dim and make the room lighting very dull, the landline phone inside the room don't work. No Wi-Fi. No dustbin. They don't provide drinking water bottles. One the positive side: it has 24hours heck-in/chek-out service, close to new bus stop, a direct entry to Kamat Annaleela hotel (great food) from the hotel ground floor. Slightly cheaper..

Worst behevear Roudy people running thi hotel 3rd class hotel . Don't go the tont know what is hospitality. 3rd class.
