Comfortable Stay and Excellent Service! Under the new management, Shiva Sangam Residency has truly stepped up its game. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, and I appreciated the comfortable mattress and quiet ambiance which helped me get a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness standards were high, and the bathroom was hygienic with good water pressure. Staff were polite and efficient. Great value for money!

If going here with family. Please avoid. Considering the amount they charge, which is huge, the service they provide is pathetic. When we booked, there were no water bottles, soap, towels etc and they claim it 3 star. And room was full of cigarette smell. Bathroom/toilets unclean. Only good thing about room was, it's bigger in size. Apart from that nothing was good. It was a bad experience.

It used to be a very popular and good hotel at one time. But now it is not a good hotel at all you don't get food you can only expect some good rooms if you are looking for a place to just stay.
