Biggest Scam in the Name of a 'Resort' - Stay Away! This so-called 'resort' is a total rip-off and a disgrace. We booked 6 rooms for our families and what we got was worse than a cheap lodge. Dirty swimming pool full of algae, used towels that smelled terrible, non-working AC, fans far from the bed, no refrigerator, sandy unclean bathrooms, and stained bed linen. The photos online are completely misleading. Even the beach nearby is trashed with bottles and filth. Breakfast is just picked up from some roadside joint. Owner hides behind the phone and leaves a helpless caretaker to deal with the mess. Charged 6-7k per night - not worth even Rs. 1000. Total scam! Avoid at all costs.

Terrible rooms, and they charge you 6500INR.. we changed two rooms and gave up on the third as we realised every room was the same. Doorknobs on the bathroom are broken, walls and doors are dirty. No food service, will have to order from outside. The response/requests is slow as there is only 1 person managing the entire place.. Location is great given that it is a beachfront property, and the beach being less crowded.. There are way better properties at this price point, and better experience(value for money). I won't be going back here..

Overpriced Garbage in the Name of a Beach Resort! Total disaster. 6 families ruined their weekend because we believed the fake pictures and booked this place. The property is unclean, uncomfortable, and zero value for money. AC doesn't cool, bathrooms not cleaned, beds are dirty, and the beach nearby is littered. No fridge in the rooms, no basic amenities, and towels feel like they've been used for years. For Rs. 6-7k per night, this is a complete rip-off. Avoid this place unless you want to feel scammed.

Sai Beach Resort is a Fraud - Don't Fall for the Photos! This place is a complete cheat trap. The rooms are dirty, bathrooms full of sand, no mirrors, no floor mats, shabby towels, and ACs that don't work. The so-called 'resort' is nothing more than a cheap lodge masked with fancy photos online. They offer Medi Mix soap and Sunsilk sachets as toiletries and call it premium? Laughable. The pool is filthy, kids didn't even want to step in. Owner doesn't show up, leaves everything to one poor caretaker. Felt cheated and robbed. Beware before you waste your money here! -- Yathish

We went there for a corporate get together program. Clean and well maintained surrounding. It has a private beach. Villa looked fine as we where in the event so couldn't take a took of rooms. Exterior wise looked new. Well maintained swimming pool for adults and a separate one for childrens.

PLEASE DON'T GET MISLEAD BY READING THE REVIEWS - don't book the room till you have seen the property. The pros of this place - owner is good, Mr Prakash, the care taker is very helpful although it's not enough, and lastly the location is just beautiful.. Proximity to the beach is the best part. The cons- 1. Rooms don't have even the most basic of amenities.. rooms are half done you can see the wires hanging out. 2. There's no hot water even at 12 noon, and a heating coil will be provided for you to dip it in a bucket of water to heat it 3. No curtains for the windows.. They need to be covered with towels/ bedsheets if u are looking for privacy in your own room.. 4. Sometimes water doesn't come n the manager needs to be informed for the water to be pumped. 5. Pool water probably hasn't been cleaned in weeks... It was green in colour. Have attached pics We cut our stay by 2 days n returned home. We paid 5000rs per night for this. I can see from other reviews that the owner isn't open to criticism. It's better if he can stay in one of the properties within 100metres of his property and see what luxury is being offered for the same/lesser price.

Hotel pictures and reviews are very misleading. We are paying 7k per day that too in off season and it is not worth the price at all. Even the beach is unclean. The service is very slow. The building is under construction. Rooms are very average and seems lacking .

Resort is great. It can be called a stay rather than resort as of now. Parts of it are under construction There are lots and lots of mosquitos in the rooms but surprisingly we didn't get bit a lot. but it still is annoying. Beach front resort, so there is privacy on the beach. There's a swimming pool as well, not too neat but it's still swimmable and better than too much chlorine. Service is top notch. We didn't take food service, so not sure of its availability.
