The villa's location is perfect, with the beach just a short stroll away...just 1 min walk n see.. sea The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. From arranging snorkeling trips to recommending the best local restaurants, they were always happy to help. Best home cook food... Our room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the luxurious amenities like the rainfall showerhead and plush towels. But what really made our stay stand out was the villa's stunning ocean views. We spent hours lounging on the balcony, watching the sunset over the water, and feeling the sea breeze on our skin. We can't recommend Rock N ocean highly enough. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing oceanfront family getaway, with exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and unforgettable views. We can't wait to come back!" This accommodation features a private beach and offers a stunning view of St. Mary's Island. The first floor is particularly impressive, with beautiful interiors. It's ideal for larger groups, as the pricing is on the higher side.

The location where the homestay is located in just awesome the view,the service,the accomodation and mainly the beach side view is woo. We all Friends loved it and we really love to recommend to others ,the food was really great....the budget was really friendly to us and the service was really overall the stay and the trip was great

The location was serene and was so close to a beach which offered a great view of the sunset. The caretaker was really helpful and offered all the necessary assistance needed and made sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were tidy and maintained well. The good thing is this place is close to most of the important places in Udupi which will make its way into your itinerary. We had a good time staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in Udupi on a budget but at a really good abode.

We recently booked this property for a holiday The service and the place is pathetic and it's just a small house with no proper services As per the booking rules it was said no liquor allowed and no loud noise or music, but there was no one to keep a check on this as there were people drinking and partying loud inside the premises and playing loud music We had a very bad experience with drunkards quarrling all night!! - No towels - No toiletries like soap were kept - No one did the house cleaning on the 2nd day - No basics like water bottles were placed we have to request for water - Whole night they were having camp fire inside the premises and partying and loud noise - fans don't have speed controllers in hall - the single materss provided is very very hard I would say it's not a matress it's some hard small piece of foam and bad I asked to replace with bigger one and they did not provide Over all its very patheti and horrible experience and very expensive in comparison to the service of accomodation!

Good ambience, food quality and services. I recommend every one can stay here for good stay.
