Udupi Comforts

Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Here's everything that went wrong: 1. The room was TINY - absolutely not worth 2800 per night. Total rip-off. 2. The AC barely worked - made a lot of noise and gave no cooling. 3. The bathroom was ridiculously small and dirty. Hot water? Forget it - the geyser is so small it only gives cold water. 4. There's ZERO view - it's in the middle of the city, and you can't even get an auto nearby. You'll have to walk for that too. Now coming to the staff - terrible coordination and communication: * We clearly told them we might arrive early and were ready to pay extra. Still, the room wasn't ready when we got there. * They're more focused on money than customer service. We informed them a day before that we'd check out at 9 PM. They agreed, but the next guy had no clue and kept asking us to leave. * They charged us 2900 for just 5 hours extra and still didn't block the room. Then at 8 PM, we're being told to vacate because they have another booking? Seriously? If we paid full price, that room should've been blocked for us. Totally unprofessional. Overall, pathetic experience. Not recommended AT ALL. Would never stay here again and wouldn't suggest anyone else should either.

Nice stay, prime location, well maintained rooms with AC's which is must in Udupi..! Staff were really friendly and gave us early check-in as well. We stayed in family room which is big and all beds supported with sockets. Must recommended if looking for stay options in Udupi

Very beautiful accomodation and ambience... People are very supportive especially Girish who is very friendly and respectful guy... Thanks Girish for your hospitality... Lady who came in morning is not a fit for this UC.. she doesn't know how to talk with customers and very harsh..

My family and I stayed at Udupi comforts for 2 days. It's a comfortable place to stay. The staff are amicable and helpful. We had an early check-in, we were provided a room to freshen up. They have maintained a good standard. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Udupi.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and very well-maintained. The hotel is situated very close to Sri Krishna Temple and other notable places. What truly made the experience stand out was how the hotel owner/staff took the time to help us plan our itinerary, suggesting great places to visit and ensuring we made the most of our trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

Far from Sri Krishna temple. Most of the auto drivers don't know this location and also drivers who know this hotel charge more amount saying it is far from other places. While booking they'll say it is walkable distance to the temple and all but don't trust them. We faced issue with the auto drivers because uber is not available in udupi. Only room is good no other service is available. Would not recommend this hotel.

Over all experience was good, very helping and supporting staff. The safety was my prime concern as my family was traveling from Kerala for a pilgrimage visit to Udupi Sree Krishna temple, and the safety was upto the mark.Even they helped us with food service...Kudos to entire team

Perfect choice for stay in udupi town area. Nice service. Neat rooms and also they are providing rental cars with minimal budget. A good choice for your stays.
