Rooms are of average condition. Best for keralites as the staff are malayalees. Also the place is very budget friendly.

Very bad service and so dirty rooms.

They charge more for the rooms and don't accept online reservations from Oyo.The receptionist was impolite and unresponsive to our concerns. I advise not making a reservation and paying in advance for this hotel online.

We were here for 8 hours. They charged a days payment. No proper TV facility, flush tank was not working properly etc. Better negotiate before checking into the room. Else they would dodge and cheat you.

First of all i have not get checked in due to mis behaviour of receptionist and their team called Manager, I have paid online amount of Rs. 505 but while I reached for check in. They asked me to pay extra 1000 rupees, it means total fare is 1500, The receptionist called a guy in the name of manager, he ill treated me and asked for same amount. First of all, how can you tie up with these hotels, who haven't proper team to respond your customer and not obeying your policies, I have given 2 stars because you have initiated my refund immediately, thanks for that. Please make sure it will not repeat again.

When we reached hotel they show some rooms which not good at all. Finally booked a room but bathroom is not clean and asked them to clean it. Water is not coming from tap later it got cleared and water in tap is coming black. Not good for family at all. Bad experience.

this was really worse,. we booked the room on oyo at one price but after checked in into the hotel and settled everything and then they called us out and asked us to pay 1000 more. we demanded us like if we don't pay then they asked us to get out. it was really intimidating. oyo is also failed to help us. shame on you.
