Sakleshpur Home Stay

We visited this place with our family and friends. We saw the coffee plantation within this property. The host Abhishek is extremely polite and ready to be available to the guests whenever needed. We ordered Veg food. It was also good. At night it was a bit cold...so the bonfire was lit....There are one or two things that can be improved.... Otherwise overall was a good experience....

It is a horrible experience. 3 cots dumped in 1 10x15 ft. There are no services available and full of cobwebs. Absolutely not a place with family. I would have given less than one if the option would have been available.

This stay is a perfect choice! Simple, clean, and meeting all basic needs at a very decent price (3200 for a day/couple, including dinner and breakfast). The place is secure, the food is great, and Mr. Abhishek, the owner, is super helpful and kind. We started at 6:30 AM, visited Patla Betta, Bisle Ghat, Mookamane Abbi Falls, and Manjarabad Fort, returning by 5 PM. The evening campfire arranged by Mr. Abhishek was awesome, followed by a delicious dinner (veg or non-veg of your choice). Highly recommend this place for an affordable and enjoyable stay!

This was my first visit to Sakleshpur and this homestay made it a memorable one. The host is very welcoming and friendly. The whole family treated us just like their own family by including us in the diwali celebrations. I have never felt so welcomed at any other homestay. This is not an exaggeration but a fact. The food was also very good. I would recommend everyone to stay here atleast once to experience the wonderful hospitality that the host has to offer. Thank you once again for the wonderful hospitality that you have shown us. I will definitely stay at your place whenever I visit Sakleshpur next time. Best regards.

Its budget friendly stay. Full payment before entering to stay is must. 1. What you can expect? Sufficient food and no wastage which is very very good. 2. Campfire with limited resources and loud music till 10 PM due to govt restrictions. 3. Suitable for a batch of 8 to 10 ppl max and couples. 4. Parking and safety. 2. What you cannot expect or not available. 1. Pool, AC, bigg rooms etc. 2.Entire night campfire with music 3.sides supply (Dish) the whole night like other stays. 4. Not big restrooms r fast water flow in restrooms. 5. Variety if breakfast or food like other stays (No buffet) Normally suits for couples. One day stay or two. For sight visits you may have to travel bit more. For batches or any corporates who just wanted to stay without any restrictions can check other stays. Decent batches who doesn't make much noise or just want 3 times meals and stay, campfire, you guys can visit here. Overall stay is good with few indoor games.

Food was not upto the mark. Poor hospitality mindset as it is very commercial mindset. One simple example of poor hospitality is hot water is served in flask with one glass for 8 people. Room quality is below average. Considering the cost incurred per person the amenities shared and hygiene of the stay was subpar. Anything more than Rs. 750 per person is not justified. The whole place looks maintained by 2 school kids with little intervention of elders. Even we never had a big expectation since it was a small home stay in a village, but the minimum expectation is not met compared to the other home stays we have been

I rarely write reviews, however, we were 5 of us, and we took a dormitory room. The room was very clean, and the hospitality was very good by Abhishek owner . The location is peaceful and calm. Looking forward to visiting again!

Owner was friendly and stay was pleasant with good scenery. Nice place to relax with family. Food quality and taste was awesome.
