OYO 28786 Hotel Santalum International

The only positive thing is that room was spacious. There is totally no service at all.. not even a room boy... especially when you have to climb two floors with no lifts working.. when you realise that you paid 1600 for an AC room then you feel cheated... especially when there are no water point, water bottle, no towels, no toiletries...I have stayed in AC rooms in good cities for 1300 -1500 with all the above complimentary they provide. This was Very bad and demotivating experience. Also, with one hour of taking the room the electricity went off. And the whole night until morning we stayed with no electricity. Atleast, there should have been assessments for back up considering the charges for stay. Not recommended for Family with kids.

Neat and tidy room. But... 1. Finding the entry to the living quarters of the hotel from the road was a challenge. The board showing the hotel name may mislead you to the bar and restaurant on the opposite end of the building. 2. No room service. Not even a bottle of water. Had to go down to the restaurant two floors below to get a bottle of water. 3. Hot water supply only between 6 to 8 AM. 4. The door handle and lock were coming off, which could be because of one loose nut of one room - but that's is not an excuse! 5. Warning for OYO subscribers: What you see in the OYO site and book for paying online may not be what the grim-faced gentleman at the reception desk would accept. He is sure to drive you out of the hotel and not provide you with a room. I guess it was my fortune that he asked for only 200 rupees extra (which he returned at the time of my checkout most probably because of the shouting I gave the OYO customer care). Nevertheless, this is not the kind of reception a traveller would want, after a hard days ride.

Oyo. Wonderful rooms. Placed in near the arakalagud bus stand. Approximately 200 meters along with bus station. 24 hours reception available here. Reception in 2nd floor. Online and offline booking facilities available oyo. Huge spaces available in out side of the rooms. Nice looking for outside. Rooms are not costly. Very cheap prize but keep good quality rooms. Nice atmosphere. Tv and chairs and self are available. Hot water only available in morning for bathing. Food also order for booking with hotel. Otherwise hotel facilities in first floor

Its spacious hotel in the main road . Receptionist is rude, you need to carry original ID for all of them who will be staying , soft copy is not accepted. Rooms are clean however it was little smelly. The door handle was broken too

Perfect room for 2, Large room with cupboard and dressing table and attached bathroom and king sized bed and clean and hygiene toilets, but TV channels are unsubscribed and jet spray was broken in toilet besides that good service

Hotel is nice and clean but had issues with door handle in both the rooms we booked. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful and it is located in the centre close to bustop.

Room quality was good. However, there were too many bookings on 17th Nov 2018. There were no rooms available on 17th Nov 2018. Reservations then wasn't available online
