Suggee Resort

I stayed in the wooden hut at Sugee Resort, and it was well-maintained with basic amenities, including a heater. The resort offers rope and adventure activities, which add to the experience. The swimming pool is slightly small, so it can feel crowded if there are too many people. It would have been nice if they added some wave features for variety. The ATV ride and Bird World (150 each) and Paintball (300, min 6 people) require additional payment--I felt at least one of these could have been included in the package. There's also a rain dance area for added fun. The food was average and lacked the variety and the overall ambiance was pleasant, with plenty of mango trees and flowers. Upon arrival, they offer a complimentary welcome drink, which is a nice touch. Sugee is a good option for families or friend groups, but for larger corporate outings, space--especially in the pool and activity areas--might be a challenge. Overall, an average experience.

Highly not recommended. One of the worst experience I had yesterday at day outing. Most of the games are not working. This guys are simply taking money with no proper facilities. No water in the toilets or showers. Worst behaviour of staff The swimming pool water was too dirty. Coming to food there was really a little options. Evening snacks was good. Not worth for what you pay.

We went here for friends day outing on a weekday. And it was absolutely wonderful with less crowd. We had the best day. They have more activities and for kids also they have many activities which is a major plus. We enjoyed all the activities. And swimming pool is best. They have 2 pools which is a great thing. And food was tasty, compared to the day outing other resorts food, this was best in my experience. The location is so beautiful, it's full of mango trees, serene and peaceful to spend a day.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the activities offered at this resort, though we didn't have enough time to fully experience each one, including indoor and outdoor games, as well as water activities. The food was outstanding, with exceptional quality and delectable taste. The high tea in the evening was a particular highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This resort is a must-visit destination.

This resort is a nice place for a day outing with family. It has a good number of adventure activities like sky cycling, sky skating, ziplining etc. Rain dance was good. Food can be improved and service in the activities area can also be improved. But the ambience is nice. It is crowded during public holidays and weekends. Overall, I had a good time with my family.

The staff at the dining area, play area and house keeping are very courteous. They take care of you very well. The location and rides are very well managed, we loved them. A special shout-out to Mr. Madhusudan Sharma (kitchen/dinning area) for his personalized service!!!

Kalu ram served very well & timely response on room service. Rooms maintenance was very good nice atmosphere and in some food taste was average should improve,rest was very wonderful, keep at the Good work. Finally very good time sent I suggest everyone should plan for day out here.

1. The activities were good - it works for a day outing. 2. Lunch was below average, non veg was not well cooked. Dinner was better since it was planned for lesser people. 3. The room service, hospitality of hotel staffs, reception could be improved. 4. Pool was overcrowded and not upto the expectation. We booked AC room and and the AC was not working. The reception guys told we will charge for non AC and that was the only solutions they could offer in summer. I would expect them to fix the AC or shift the room before the guest arrived. We wasted the entire afternoon arguing with reception staffs. The idea was to destress, yet we got more stressed visiting this resort. Will not come again! :(
