Worst experience, arrogant and unprofessional staff, they didn't even wash the bedsheets when I ask y r u keeping the same bedsheets they said still it has not come from laundry, in that case you have to use the same bedsheets he said . Regarding firecamp and music they just mention in thier list but practically they will not provide. Morning break fast they said unlimited but they didn't provide. Before 2 hours of check out he came and said while we swimming in the pool ,come out from pool we need to clean. Before sharp checkout out time u have to leave he said. Pros: 1: Property location is good Cons : 1. Service is worst 2. Rooms are unhygienic and tidy 3. Food is not good. 4.Arrogant staff 5. Bathrooms not clean . Finally I said they spoil our whole trip.

One of the worst experience of my life to stay Worst service provided by Staff Property is good but not maintained No cleaning of rooms and Swimming pool as well. They have delayed in check in by 2 hrs Food is also average, cold not served Breakfast delayed by 1.30 hrs. Kitchen is available at property but they are managing food from outside, Please stay here if you want delayed service in every manner

We contacted this place via telephone 1 month back to book 2 rooms. We were informed that they were available & to book the same, we had to pay 50% of the price of the accommodation in advance. So, we paid Rs. 10,000 advance on 19 Nov 2024. 2 weeks later, they told us that there's been a mistake. That they've double-booked and that our booking will be cancelled. The advance amount that was paid has still not been refunded. They keep saying they'll refund it by the end of the day, on those days when they do bother to answer the phone. Now, they've stopped responding altogether. I'd suggest thinking twice before booking with them.

Overall experience is very bad, better to avoid staying in this place. Very unprofessional site manager. Resort management is not good, they didn't provide me the room what I booked. Instead they made me stay in a cheaper room saying they will refund the difference. But they cheated me by not paying the actual difference. .

I stayed with my family for 3 days here . The host Mr.Shree was very welcoming and kind . He took care of all the requests made by us during the stay . The food was decent and service was good . It is a quiet place to stay with family

Location is splendid.The room service is very good Awesome property with the great view and peaceful surrounding. Rooms were specious with big balcony and the bathroom. we had a nice stay for 3 days food menu whatever they served was good. The homestay itself is immaculately maintained.the staff members were always helpful for your needy things. We would recommend this place

We are here for 2 days and it feels like home. The ambiance and service was 5 out of 5 and the way manager Mr. shree was very co operative and one point to approach for anything in the property. Overall a nice experiance.
