I recently had the pleasure of staying at Blue Mount Retreat, and it was an absolutely rejuvenating experience. Nestled amidst serene natural surroundings, this place offers the perfect escape from the chaos of city life. The lush greenery, fresh mountain air, and peaceful atmosphere create an ideal setting for relaxation and self-reflection. The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with a rustic charm. The staff was exceptionally courteous, always ready with a warm smile and eager to help. The food served was simple, healthy, and delicious -- perfectly complementing the retreat vibe. What truly stood out was the range of activities offered -- from morning yoga sessions to nature walks and meditation spaces. Every corner of the retreat radiated calmness, making it easy to unwind and reconnect with oneself. I would highly recommend Blue Mount Retreat to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, a wellness break, or simply a peaceful weekend with nature. It's a hidden gem that leaves you refreshed, inside and out.

1. Great location for stay with decent food. 2. Perfect place to spend time with family or friends. 3. Staff is very respectful towards the customers and good co-operators. 4. I recommend this place due to the staff integrity towards the ethics, we forget one silver jewel at room itself while checking out and doubtfully we called hotel staff to check on the same, within 5 mind staff called us back and acknowledged the jewel is there at room and they couriered us back. Thanks to the prompt housekeeping staff and resort staff for their honesty. 5. Ultimate rooms with greater views and small feedback here is room floor cleaning quality can improve. 6. Food is decent, indoor games are available, enjoyed bonfire with DJ Music, great Swimming pool over all resort is good to go. 7. Some off road is there to go to the resort around 5 kms where the resort better to work out on roads or resort to arrange the off road vehicles to go over there, since off road doesn't suit to all types of cars so here resort can workout.

the hotel is 2 km off-road, making the access roads stony. They welcome guests who have already chosen their room and are not interested in bargaining. SERVICE Good service, very friendly staff (especially Aman!), and amazing mountain views. Plenty of recreation options including table tennis, badminton, and a pool with stunning mountain views. The hotel also has three cats and two Dogs If you dislike dogs and cats, don't worry; I used to as well. However, the animals there are calm and won't bother you.

The staff seemed disorganized, and response times were slow. Check-in took longer than expected, and we had to follow up multiple times for basic requests like fresh towels and room cleaning. The restaurant service was also inconsistent, with long wait times and occasional mix-ups with orders. Overall, if you're looking for a place with beautiful scenery and don't mind subpar service, Blue Mount Retreat is worth considering. But if good hospitality is a priority, you might want to look elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing stay at Blue Mount Retreat Resort. There was absolutely no staff support, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the food was tasteless despite being labeled "ultimate." Definitely not worth the hype or the money.

Good property with amazing views of the hills around Chikmagalur. A huge infinity-like pool. Food is great. There are not many activities for kids. Property being 2km off-road, accessibility is an issue for Sedan and hatchbacks.

I recently stayed at your resort and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing on several fronts. Upon arrival, there was no welcome drink provided, which is usually a basic courtesy at most resorts. Surprisingly, we were asked to make the full payment at the time of check-in, which felt quite unwelcoming and unusual. The rooms were not handed over at the promised time, causing unnecessary waiting and inconvenience. The facilities inside the room were not up to standard -- the balcony door shutter handle was broken, taps in the washroom were rotating loosely, and there was no provision for hot water, which was extremely uncomfortable. The food service was another major letdown. Meals were not served on time, food quality was below expectations, and there were long queues of tourists waiting at the food counter due to the mismanagement. Overall, the experience fell far below what one would expect from a resort. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the infrastructure and service standards to ensure a better experience for future guests

I had a wonderful stay in a fantastic location with stunning mountain views. The food was decent, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of flavor. I was hoping for some floral decorations in the room. We did encounter a few issues with the power supply, which meant I couldn't use the geyser for hot water because of the generator's limited capacity. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for those minor challenges.
