Review for KAI Resort Our experience at KAI Resort was truly amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and stood out as one of the best parts of our stay. Every meal was well-prepared, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. The support staff was exceptional--always available, helpful, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their end-to-end support made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Shiva , who coordinated everything flawlessly and made sure we had a hassle-free experience. The location of the resort is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery that adds to the relaxing ambiance. With a group of around 30 people, we had an incredible time, making the most of the serene environment and excellent facilities. The pool was well-maintained and clean, providing a great space for relaxation and fun.

KAI by Happy Retreats The resort lives up to its name. We had my sister's wedding and reception here and it was the wedding of our dreams. Everything from the venue to the decoration to food to the accommodation was excellent. Pritesh and Ninad did an exceptional job with the decoration of the venue. The venue literally looked like heaven, especially during the night. The staff at KAI made us feel like family. The venue manager Shivu was extremely helpful. Whatever our requirements were during the wedding, Shivu helped us with everything. Prajwal from the food department always made sure the food was according to our taste. And of course, none of this would have been possible without the help of all the other staff members: Hemanth, Amoi, Sandi, Yingla, Moili, Madhu, Awang, Mongngam and Phezu. The staff even surprised us with a dance which was such a sweet and beautiful gesture. Lastly, a big big big thanks to the owner of the resort, Mr. Pradeep. Pradeep made sure that nothing fell short of our expectations and helped us however crazy our demands were. All the guests at our wedding really loved the experience to the point where none of us wanted the wedding to end. I would 1000% recommend this venue to anybody looking to have their dream wedding. Thank you everyone at KAI for such a wonderful experience.

Recently attended my brother's wedding at Happy retreats-KAI,and it was an amazing experience! The venue was beautiful and perfect for a grand celebration.The staff was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.The food was delicious,with a great variety that everyone enjoyed.The ambiance,decorations, and overall vibe were just perfect for the occasion. A big thanks to the entire team for their efforts in making the event smooth and memorable!

The rooms were not well equipped and the power was working well, throughout the day the current just kept on going away. They only have 1 generator and the entire event was getting affected by it. They didn't prepare well, in some of the rooms the AC was not working at all. They took DJ permission but harassed us saying we didnt tell them, when we showed them the messages that we have informed well in advance, they did the digging and found out that their company had taken the permission. Overall I must say that this is not a place I would recommend to anyone for any kind of event. After constant complaining this was a lot embarrassing in front of all our guests that we invited. Commutation is also very hard to this location.

I had excellent experience with overall all the facilities provided by Property Manager Mr Deepak ji. Along with his extended team who took minute care of every type of Engagement. Last week we spent two days at KAI resorts for WCM leadership meet. The first mention would be about the food. It was very good. Definitely satisfied. The services provided by happycrews were excellent, they tried accomadating all our requests. Special mention about Hanmoi who was very polite and always available to check if we needed anything. I have only one suggestion, to have a closed conference in the premises. I appreciate Shiva as well who was available to serve and check our needs all the time. Thank you

Kai - Happy Retreat is where we had our annual day out and it was really good! Excellent hospitality..and a special mention to Shivu and the team who took upmost care to ensure that every thing was perfect. The food was good and served on time, very hygienically. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall 10/10 rating.

Our recent team outing at Kai was truly exceptional, leaving us with wonderful memories. This is undoubtedly a must-visit spot for anyone looking to unwind and connect!
