Being right on the highway as you just enter the city, makes the hotel a prime location to setup your camp. All the beaches and tourist places are in the vicinity within 5km radius (give or take). Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service was top-notch. A bell is provided in the room to call for help of any assistance - be it laundry, ironing or getting a water bottle. The restaurant down stairs serves the best cuisine. They make the dishes as your taste and directions. It's worth the money. Hotel reception lobby is top-notch. You can feel the welcome vibes. A two night stay with the family of 4 was memorable and enjoyable at it's best. The complimentary breakfast is cherry on the cake.

This is one of the first luxury hotels in Udupi. It has lost charm over years and badly needs a facelift. The aging is obvious and is evident when you take the elevator and walk down the isle. The staffs are super sweet. The location is so convenient. They have super spacious parking lot. The food prices are not too pricey and is on the average side. The morning breakfast can be better. There are so many things they could offer for the room price. Iwould not recommend having breakfast here. As the location is right next to national highway, it may not be super silent in the night!

The hotel name has international in it but the hotel was pretty local with local grade rooms and food. The staff are reluctant about your luggage and carry them reluctantly with any care. When you book a delux room from agoda, they say delux room means normal room without AC and that the online platform has cheated you. Not sure what is truth here. However they provide you with ac room with ac fuse removed for a delux room. The rooms are clean but we're very old. The lock was getting stuck multiple times. I would not recommend this place if you are planning a holiday with family. Solo and that too for single night is ok. The price seems to be too high for the quality that they offer.

We are retired forest officers with our spouse's staying in this so called three star hotel, i didn't stay in the room, but joined for evening dinner. Our local host was under the impression, hotel management will arrange in style with star hotel standards. But it was arranged on rooftop which was storing place unserviceable articles and smoke emanating from kitchen was unbearable. Staff are not trained in dealing with customers, they were looking like innocent rustic people and new to hospitality wing, very rickety chairs, unsatisfactory, half cooked food using very inferior oil has disturbed everyone's stomach. Hotel management should not mislead general public and they should not call it a star hotel. Hotel at the best be called as Motel in American standards. Hope today, they will improve.

We paid 4k room for an ac room but the condition of the room hardly matches the price. Very old and you can hardly call it a 2 star. See the pic of the shower head, you'll get an idea of the place. The vada in the breakfast was nice, so 1 extra star for that.

Location was right on the highway and close to city center. Rooms were big enough, but the hotel could improve on service. Breakfast was bad, there is no reception number or restaurant number available in room to call and order and when we enquired they were not helpful.

We recently stayed at Hotel Sharda International Udupi with our family and were unfortunately very disappointed. While the hotel claims to be 3-star, the level of service was significantly below expectations. We encountered numerous issues, including: 1. Excessive Charges: We were constantly overcharged for even the most basic items, such as bottled water. 2. Poor Service: We experienced slow service throughout our stay, from check-in to room service requests. Overall: We were left feeling very dissatisfied with our stay at Hotel Sharda International. We would not recommend this hotel to other families.

I stayed for 2 nights and the overall experience was excellent. Very helpful and courteous staff, excellent food and great room service. Fully satisfied!!
