Hotel Manokamna Family Restaurant & Bar

I had stay for 02 days. One of the worst pick. Pathetic Service. No cooperation by the staff. Only at time of check in, they will show their cooperation. Wifi available bt they claim it doesn't work and rectification is underway, will get u shortly. Rather they hide the network. AC trips intermittently. When u ask to change the room, they prefer to ignore on the pretext of concocted promises that voltage is low and would get restored. While booking, it portrays the best room for demo purpose, after reaching they would say sir, that is booked and the same will be vacated in a while. After that they would feign, sir, AC got malfunctioned. Pls manage sir. Illiterate service staff. Doesn't have etiquettes and basic manner of polite communication.Trust me, it was a tragic and horrendous experience to be honest. Unhygienic.

The Manokamna hotel is almost good and the atmosphere is also good but then I'm ordered food here they say halal food not available here so I'm dissatisfied of this kind of thing so I dont like that

Special thing about this restaurant - - near the prime location. - VBU university is also nearby. - cleanliness. - staff having friendly nature. - awesome food. To ek bar to Jana Banta hai Boss.

There are no facilities in this hotel in a good way. We would like to say that do not stay in this hotel. Even water will not be provided here, nor will any staff change your bedsheet or do cleaning. So please if anyone wants to stay then stay in another hotel and never stay in this hotel. You will have to bring water yourself at night if you feel thirsty.

Hotel is neat and clean.Manokamna hotel's restaurant is in good location. Environment is quite calm and peaceful. You can enjoy the evening with tasty food with family members. Service provided is quick and staffs are active and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. You can visit restaurant anytime during the day. It is on Patna Ranchi Highway.

Nice place to stay and great service

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a delightful dhaba, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance felt warm and inviting, just like being welcomed into a friend's home. The rustic decor and cozy seating added to the charm.
