Shaan-E-Punjab Hotel Nirsa

Had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. The waiter, Jeet, gave us the wrong (and overpriced) "chef special" menu, didn't inform us properly, and brought the wrong dish despite repeated instructions. He was careless and refused to admit his mistakes. I reported everything to the manager, but I doubt anything will change. As a first-time customer, I expected basic courtesy and competence--sadly, both were missing. Would not recommend. I know this is a small town and not many people might see this review, but I still had to share the bad experience I had at this place.

Just by the highway, this place easily catches your eyes, even in a glance. With opulent parking space, nice Dhaba like section, delicious food, fast servings and highly humble and polite staffs. Must visit while you are cruising on NH-19, are somewhere near Nirsa, and your hunger is killing you!!

Disappointing Food, Despite a Good Location Our experience here was underwhelming. We ordered Chicken Tandoori, Garlic Naan, Kadai Chicken, and Paneer Butter Masala--but unfortunately, none of the dishes met our expectations. The flavors were bland and lacked the richness you'd expect from such classic items. To make matters worse, the naan and tandoori roti were overly chewy and difficult to eat. The only saving grace is the prime location, which has potential to draw a good crowd. However, the food quality needs serious improvement. Whether it's a change in the chef, kitchen staff, or overall preparation approach, something needs to be done. Until then, it's hard to recommend this place based on food alone.

Very good Hotel and restaurant. Food quality is good. Generally offers Punjabi and North Indian style food. Most important ambience is good. This is besides the National Highway with good parking space open 24x7. This is Dhaba cum resturant and hotel. Dhaba is on the outside and resturant is inside. They have also rooms available for stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making my experience truly memorable.

Worst food ever!!! Too much oily food. I went for my birthday, I have never had such a bad experience, the cake was 5-6 days old, it had become hard,It smelled very bad. there were flies on the cake. See the evidence.
