SB International Hotel and Banquet - Best Hotel in Hirak Road Dhanbad/ Best Banquet Hall in Dhanbad

I visited Hotel SB International while attending a Holy Communion ceremony. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was quite good -- tasty and well-prepared, which really stood out during the event.

I recently stayed at SB International Hotel and had a terrible experience. The hotel offered a complementary breakfast, which I requested to be packed. Although they agreed, they surprisingly charged me Rs 100 for the container. When I asked the staff to call the manager, she initially claimed to be busy but later arrived and argued with me, stating that no hotel packs breakfast. This response was unprofessional and dismissive.

I have attended a lunch party at this hotel and the food were too good and staff were also quite cooperative. It's nice place to hand out.

"I recently dined at SB International resturant , but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and the food was not up to the mark. We were a group of 25, but the service and food quality were not satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and would give it 2 stars. The staff needs to improve their behavior and service process. Hopefully, they'll make changes and improve their standards."

Poorley managed . Restaurant service is very bad . They serve roti first then you need to wait for curry item . Low number of staff ,repeated orders will come after you finish your food .

The restaurant is cool. Nice ambiance, spacious and the food is good too. However, there is further scope for improvement and the food quality must be maintained and further improved with time for us to visit there again and again.
