Sonotel Luxury Business Hotel & Resorts, Dhanbad

Visited their Restaurant... This place is a culinary paradise! From the cozy ambiance to the delicious food, it's definitely the good place for dining. The menu should offer more wide variety of mouthwatering options to suit every taste & customer. Service is exceptional, making dining here a delightful experience. I stayed here for a night and overall it was a great stay. Check in and check out was smooth. A lady at the reception was very quick at the time of check out. Breakfast spread was not that great but if you ask the staff to provide you which is not there in breakfast they will arrange it for you. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is good but if you are coming by your own vehicle then you may have to struggle for the parking. There are lots of shops around the hotel. The hotel itself is in a mall. Overall it was a good experience and I would like to recommend this hotel for the fellow travellers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were excellent, and the food was also very good. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

One of the worst service. Even after charging 4000+ taxes per night they only give 1/2 -2 water bottles. Took MAP Plan but there also it's full of terms and conditions with predefined limit. I am into sale and have been to 100's of hotel but it's the first time I see a 4 star hotel doing this kind of stuff.

Great place to stay for both business trips and family stays. Top notch service, great room service in terms of housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene. Location also proper in centre of town.

It's very good to stay. |Use check in entry for hotel , don't use common gate.|You can do shopping in a single place. |You can have various options of food at food mall which is at 4th floor.|All stuff members are very good and prompt responses have been received while stay.

The experience of sonotel service is very nice. Room and premises were also good fully neat and clean. The best thing experienced that i check-in at 11.55 pm midnight, at that time Sudhir kumar Modi, a staff of restaurant service was very cooperative. He arranged my dinner at midnight in good manner with fresh items.
