Malodorous room, washroom was very dirty and stinky..rain water coming through windows, better to stay in open field than staying in this hotel. The lights did work but basic amenities are lacking. Somehow survived

Service is not good at all. They do not have any work ethics. They do not care about their customer satisfaction. They do not keep their words, whenever they want they are increasing the prices of room. I am totally dissatisfied with this hotel staffs and staffs behaviour is even worse. I recommend not to stay in this hotel while visiting Sahibganj.
The best and the safest place to stay with or without family a proper luxurious stay at reasonable rate do checkout this hotel love the place staffs were very friendly and most importantly they had maintain a proper cleanliness and hygiene all over the hotel
