The Candy Heights

All good except for the receptionist person who was abnormally frustrated all the time. Our was breakfast included and when he got to know that he made faces and cursed the owners for accepting as he was not willing to prepare for us. Even tea was charged to our billing as compared to other hotels which offers breakfast generally offers tea as well. I think the receptionist needs one more helping hand as he cannot be doing all the work. This makes our stay stressful.

Disgusting place. The owner and his friends are full drunk at the night, creating nuisance and don't care about the guests staying there. Zero recommendations for women

Not worth the price. Not recommended. Though the room was clean and calm, service and facility wise it was unacceptable. Poor electricity support system in that building. During our whole stay, we had experienced frequent voltage fluctuations. Felt very difficulties in charging phones, laptops and not even able to use basic amenities like fan and TV bcoz of fluctuating supply. And more irritating is.. The property is at 7th floor and lift was not working also ...and in the entire floor it was dark. Had a horrible experience and not at all worth the price.

Had the worst experience. Lifts were not working, had to climb 7 floors with luggage. The staffs where not cooperative. Booked an AC room with TV at 1700. AC did not work and there was no set top box for the TV. The staff was ignorant and did not help with anything. Had voltage fluctuations throught our stay. Had to live with blinking lights and noisy fan. The stay did not provide any towel or soap. The pictures provided by the stay is utter nonsense. The room was not even worth for 500.

Wow , this is nice place . Food and service was out of the box . Hospitality at its peak . Will stay here only whenever in ranchi.

nwan - Outdoor and lobby was dirty. Flat was on 7th floor. Lift was very old and can accommodate only 3 persons at a time. Stairs were full of dust and obstacles. Its an old flat with 4 rooms with common hall and kitchen. Rooms were conjested. No privacy at all. The cook and helper will watch and listen you always. Bathroom flush not able to flush it even after 4 attempts. Staff was very rude and arrogant. Food and tea was not worth the price charged. Also they will not let you use their drinking water system and force you to buy water bottle. Complementary breakfast (aloo Paratha) served was burnt and super thick. Curd was not provided with Paratha. Very costly overall when compared to normal hotel accommodation. Not recommended at all. Money will be wasted if you stay here. Please avoid. You can find better property in this price range.

Wors place pls don't visit... Bed was like a stone... Yaar gadda k jaga pathar tha... USS pay Sona aur pathr par letna ek he baat hai... Couple k liye safe nhi hai... Nd yaar room k window bahar se khulte hai... Privacy toh hai he nhi... Nd ha ye hotel nhi hai... Apartment hai... But ha reception Wale uncle kafi friendly hai... But in my opinion don't visit... Lift was like a horror... ... Not Regretting my decision.. that I've gone there... Back pain started after that day... Don't visit guys... Nd for girls not safe ....

It's not a hotel it's a 3BHK apartment renovated to a 3 room hotel with a big hall and kitchen. The main door of hotel might be close you can use door bell. The price for the AC room is approx 1200-1500 No food option in the hotel only tea is available. Nearby a restaurant just 100mtr provides food home delivery
