OYO Oxy Hotel Shivani

Rooms are dirty and bathrooms are unusable. Big crocroaches and mosquito in rooms. Uncleaned bed sheet and bed covers. If you have any other option then don't stay here.

They cheat me. I asked to change the room but they denied and told that if you want to stay just stay otherwythey cannot do anything. The place was very dirty. There were lots of rats. Their behaviour was very worst and rude. I'd suggest never go there. I left the hotel without any refund and stayed at the nearby hotel. As it was impossible to stay there with my kid.

Rudest staff ever seen. Room was good at 800 but the staff was not coprative and the electricity was also cut in a few minute again and again. the owner should hire new good and well behaved people. I'm not even going to stay in this hotel. They don't have manners how to talk. Receptionist was the rudest. Better to stay at station. If there were rating option for staff i would like to give in negative. Specially Receptionist.

Beware of these scammers they show big rooms in Oyo app and provide a very dirty small rooms. And the manager is rude and illiterate.He don't know how to talk to customers. Only looking to dupe people for money.

The Hotel Rooms were small in size but comfortable. But the horrible part is it's Services, they doesn't even provide soap, shampoo, towel without asking for. No room service at required time. AC was not working, when I reported they said "Sir aapko room allot hone ke just 2 min mein batana tha na...ab dusre rooms occupied h." Also, there sits more than 3 person in the RECEPTION, all with Chhapri Haircut and Goon like appearance with Gamcha...these type of behaviour is something not tolerable.

Dirty pillow, bedsheet and blanket, Even they gave me very small and dirty room, which was non-AC room. Even they asked for additional money but I denied, after discussion with Oyo customer support and property manager they have given me different room which also doesn't have pillow cover, even tv were not working. Overall worst hotel and staff behaviour are worst and rude. They have lied with OYO customer care in front of me as well. I have raised a complaint against this hotel. But still I will say that don't stay in this hotel. It's not good for anyone and nothing is good here.

I requested to Check-in a little bit early & they agreed. When I reached the hotel, they denied early Check-in & I was sitting 1hr 30min in the chair. They informed me that room is cleaning. When I entered the room, the room was too small & all the linens of the room were uncleaned with so many dirty spots & stains on it. They have not changed any linens previously as they don't have sufficient linens in stock. After an hour they have changed. Hotel manager Mr Amit was so rude at the Check-in time & he doesn't wanna listen to anything.

Worst experience in recent years. The room service was pathetic, washroom was dirty,flush wasn't working and there was no tv in the room.Rooms are nothing like shown in the images. Despite booking the room 1 month earlier,I was given a non-ac room at first and then asked to change my room twice. The icing on the cake was when the receptionist took my phone to see the booking ID at the time of check-out and gave 5 stars as feedback. This is how they are rated highly on OYO. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
