OYO AURA HOTEL SONNET INNS

reception is helpless, service is hopeless , Untidy rooms ,Pathetic food taste and quality. location is very interior . Not an ideal place for business /corporate stay. This seems only good for people who use OYO for 2 hrs.

Worst experience ever in my entire life. Very worst service, they didn't even change the bedsheets and allot the keys of rooms to their customers. Outside food is not allowed. Receptionist has such a rude behaviour. Rooms were ok. Their washrooms were 20 years old purana with no maintenance. It was more like a dharamshala with too much noises at midnight 2 A.M . If you want a hilarious experience then you might go and stay at your own risk !!

Service is very good. Location wise the hotel is in good place & Rooms are clean & spacious.
