I had an excellent experience at Maple Wood. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very attentive and professional. A special thanks to Sabyasachi, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. His dedication, friendly attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Good place. They have big rooms. Service is ok but staff is very courteous . Don't miss the world famous ashram right opposite the hotel. Must visit.

Dear Maple Wood Hotel Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent booking at your hotel. While the physical accommodations were satisfactory, the service provided by your staff, particularly the manager, was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Upon booking my stay, I requested the manager to share the necessary account details for an advance payment. Despite multiple requests, he failed to provide this information, causing significant inconvenience. Even after check-in, he continued to neglect this request. It was only after an extended period of time that he shared the payment details, and then proceeded to make numerous calls urging immediate payment, even though I had clearly stated my intention to pay after a scheduled meeting. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude and disrespectful. A hotel manager should prioritize guest satisfaction and demonstrate a higher level of courtesy, especially when dealing with such basic requests. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to improve the quality of your service. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue with the manager concerned. If you are particular about staff behavior then don't stay here. I did not pay heed to the Google reviews before actually experiencing how pathetic the staff is- especially the reception woman called Divya. You will be treated as if you are not paying but she is paying you to stay there. I was left wondering if the owner is in his right mind at all. If you call reception you will get rudeness, room service staff- rude as well. And reception is ultra rude, they should not be in hospitality sector at all. Toiletries are of very very bad quality so please carry your own soap, shampoo, paste, moisturiser. I was given a used paste & when I complained all I got was rudeness & misbehavior. I booked this place for the 1st time & will never return.

Food was amazing and it's also coming on time but we always had to called waiters like 2 or 3 times then they come . I just don't like they are not coming on 1 call .

Hotel: Average from outside and great from inside. That's the beauty of the hotel. Good room with moderately utilized space of the room. Well maintained property. Food is also good. Recommended for all. It needs to work on services because response is a bit slow. But overall sensible staff.

The WORST ever hotel, I have ever stayed in my corporate travelling life of 10 years all across the globe. 1. The lady at the reception had a big time attitude problem, never smiled seeing the guest. 2. During check in, the receptionist did not bother to inform that breakfast was part of the pakage, thus had to check out without the breakfast. 3. The television wasn't working, it took me one call at the reception and one visit with a time frame of 4 hours to get it fixed. 4. A simple food like grilled sandwich took more than half an hour for the room service. 5. Water was dripping from the roof in the bathroom. 6. The worst, water in the morning to take bath was so dirty that I had to take another hotel just to take bath. I was so afraid of taking bath with the water in Maplewood that I might get skin problems.
