Hotel The Raso

I stayed in room 604 on 3 May 25. torned bed covers, broken kettle, broken mirror frames and worst sandy smelling water following from the taps. Toilet was smelling like dad rats. Service - normal water supplied in 01 hr and no one cares to changes dirty worned bed covers.

It offers a comfortable and convenient stay for both business and leisure. The rooms are well-appointed and clean. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. The staff is generally courteous and helpful, providing good service. The food quality is decent, with breakfast buffet in the morning was very good with too many healthy options. Overall, Hotel The Raso is a solid choice for a stay in Ranchi, offering a pleasant experience with comfortable accommodations and good service.

Pathetic food and amenities. If you're someone who just wants to dine-in, don't even think of, their restaurant is terrible as far as food (taste as well as quality) is concerned. They use either burnt oil or a very low grade oil for cooking, per my experience on multiple occasions. To top it they have really rude and obnoxious staff.

We stayed on 19th and 22nd February 2025. Room and bathroom are good. Buffet breakfast was very good. The sloping in bathroom is not proper. When we checked out on 20th I had told that we would come back on 22nd. However, we were provided rooms on different floors. Billing took sometime as there was only one person at the desk.

The overall stay was very nice. The hotel is very near to the airport. Breakfast was average. Room was very good though

Pathetic reception and their poor mentality. They will charge you if the breakfast date is altered and taken a day prior to check-in and not on checkout even if communicated in advance. The manager at the reception desk will deny any such communication and would force you to pay since an invoice is prepared. Horrible experience!! The only positive is the proximity to the Airport.

It is one of the best hotels for any type of functions like marriage, engagement, birthday celebration. It has got a huge hall along with a beating rooftop. Only thing I was disappointed with the taste of food which was average but everything else be it the service or hygiene was perfect.

Good on road location near airport. Polite and helpful staff. Food is very good . Service is really good and fast .If visiting Ranchi and finding a good stay can opt for it.
