Hotel The Park Retreat

Hotel Park Retreat Ranchi proved to be a convenient choice for my recent trip, primarily due to its proximity to the airport - just about 3 kms away. This made my early morning check-in and check-out process a breeze, which was much appreciated. While I didn't get a chance to experience the restaurant in person, I did order room service, and the food was good quality. A reliable and working centralized hot water system is always a plus, especially during early mornings, and Park Retreat delivered on that front. The Wi-Fi was also hassle-free, allowing me to stay connected without any issues. Overall, Hotel Park Retreat serves its purpose well as a business hotel. It's clean, efficient, and offers the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay, especially when airport proximity is a priority.

Stayed for 1 night, nicely designed and constructed hotel with all branded appliances. lift, ac everything works well. Staff is also attentive. I only had little breakfast which was decent. Prices were Good Food and Good service...

The hotel is located near to airport. Staff are very cooperative. Awesome food. Good room. Good location. Food and service is very good.

I recently stayed at The Park Retreat stay and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. I ordered a water bottle, coffee, and dosa, but the experience was nothing short of frustrating. It took 35 minutes just to get a water bottle, 1 hour and 30 minutes for the dosa, and after waiting for 2 hours, the coffee was still not delivered. When I called room service to inquire about the coffee, they simply canceled the order without any explanation. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and timely experience.

The attention and desire to serve in the best of the ability by the hotel was simply heart touching. I think this is what any guest would be liking to get the kind of warmth shown by the staff of the hotel. Its good to stay but some time water not coming in bathroom and I told the staff but no reaction against this, So I am little bit upset. Overall all is good to stay with family and food is good location wise hotel is good near market and staff is too supporting. The room service was pretty decent. Was worth the money. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was clean. Hotel is very near to the airport. Not many channels on TV Would recommend for an economical stay.

Very worst experience, room was very dirty, they don't change bedsheeet, so expensive 2500 one room charge. No hygiene. Telephone was dead at room if u need any thing u have to go down.

Reception, Housekeeping and Restaurant staff are very good and humble
