I recently stayed at your establishment and was disappointed by the excessive charges applied to my bill, surpassing even the online rates. Additionally, the request for extra fees by your staff was unwelcome, and the service provided did not meet expected standards. Go to the hotel at your own risk! If you are still planning to stay in the rooms, please make sure you check the room even before you pay! This hotel is treated as a step son by the owner himself, who is himself not hospitable, and runs behind money. Amenities missing, bed sheets stained and torn, cleanliness issues and so on!

These people have zero sense on customer care .. Also there room are quite dirty blankets and bedsheets aren't washed properly looks very untidy..

Hi.. I had stay today in this Hotel Pratap Heights while Check In they said 1400 and while check out increased fare by 100, Most important service is worst.. No Towel No Hot they keep telling lie that Hot water will come but it never came. worst Hotel Worst Service and leing so beautiful careful.
