The stay is excellent, quality food, rooms and bathrooms are very clean. I am staying for the second time. Excellent service from each one of them. THEY helped us even in packing our breakfast as we didn't have time to have. Very thoughtful of him. ROHIT was also very helpful. Excellent service from everyone from this hotel including the person who cleans the room excellent service. I recommend everyone especially female solo travelers can stay in this hotel without any hesitation. It is very safe and comfortable.

The hotel's staff is really helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make guests stay comfortable and nice. They also attend to our requests very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely stay here again when I re-visit the city.

Biggest issue is cleanliness.Hair all over bed.Pillows never cleaned decades before.Food .....no comments. Broken switches , mosquitoes,below avg food....it's a dharamshala .I am sorry for my comments but facts speak. Pls improve services.........

Receptionistwass very polite and helpful. Food was also good like home food. Along with this the hotel also arranged an outstation cab for me. Overall ambience of the hotel is very nice. Would recommend others to come and experience the hospitality of this hotel.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. We stayed here two night , Room was clean good view from 4TH floor. Staff was friendly. ROHIT nice attend helpful. We could leave our luggage there until evening. If we come ranchi again we would love to come again here.

Perfect location.. Parking in the front.. Ask for sun facing room of you are an early riser. Clean rooms as always.. Food is good.. Good employees.. Stay was worth mentioning here.

I had a best stay@hotel pearl as the location is best and the rooms are clean and hygenic ..... As I had a operation of my grandma at orchide hospital and for fellow up I had to stay for 5 days as the fooding which was provided by them was hygenie less oil and the staff are coperative .... The best hotel in town
