Hotel New Rajasthan - Hotel in Lalpur Ranchi

Please don't come, rooms are very bad condition, services are not good at all,even staffs behaviour are not good at all we told them to On gesyer they didn't response back and room toilet,bucket everything was poor.I never ever seen this type of staff hotel management.

Typical, arrogant and narrow minded manager head don't have manner to talk. Cheap room Hope you prefer another hotel nearby. standard of service is worse. It is located near Lalpur chowk.

I was at this hotel from 4 - 6th April. The choice was owing to it's being Pure Veg Hotel and right at Lalpur Chowk. The hotel ambience was average but whatever it was, the hygiene was not compromised. The food was amazing and the tariffs were extremely pocket friendly. The service personnel are courteous and prompt enough to attend guests requirements. Continue the good job!!

Well last month I went to Ranchi for some official purpose n stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are good and specious but not every one. It may look like old fashioned hotel with decade old decration but not that bad. The food is good. Service is good but could have been better keeping in mind the modern hospitality measures. Amenities in the hotel were good but it should be made available to all the rooms by the hotel management.

Very bad services . basic services like soap, shampoo, towels,room keeping services were not provided even the door lock was not working. Despite of being reminded for too many times tv remote was not being provided and rooms were not airy at all. even the ventilation fans of washroom and cooler of room were not working.The staff was unresponsive and incoperative .i urge to hotel owner to please wake up. Despite of taking delux room we were feeling like economic room.i wish Ministry of tourism of Jharkhand will introspect the matter.The hotel is not only defaming the image of Ranchi, Jharkhand but also of Rajasthan,,

Everything need to be updated & renovated from rooms to reception area to fooding area to staff wearing to serving to cleaning and all. Food is good enough but servicing is not so good, staff is good but wearing is not so good Location is good but arrangments are not so good for a Hotel at Prime Location. Want to share just a short story- I was at just reception area and its has been seen that a guest is being denied for his bill by saying that sir we have work now so can you excuse us.How can you deny the guest because I think guest is your bread & butter. Even that guest before asking for Bill giving advise also to the Manager but his advise but no one shown any respond to his advise. Even there was nothing to share the reviews also so Google review is the only option I had done it now.

Service is very awesome, all you have to do is ask gently. Staff is also very courteous and ready to help you with your needs.

Hotel is good in reasonable price of 900 for non achi and 1200 for ac room for 24 hour. Service is not good as I expected, although room was clean but it can be more improved with proper management. You can visit here even if with your family or friend, service person are very interective and helpful. So good hotel in affordable price.
