Pathetic service ever, they don't even have enough staffs to provide services and staffs were also rude and misbehaving, highly not recommended place in ranchi. They should not accept the bookings if they are not having proper staff and don't know how to manage. Have to wait 1 hour for the food, no proper arrangements for anything including room service. Leakage issue is washroom, some of the washrooms have no water after alot of complains nothing changed

Overall it is very bad experience as there were no adequate stuff for services, they said all went to leave. Instead of booking confirmation they started saying they don't have any entry in system and took long time to allocate rooms though rooms were not clean enough and no stuff for services. In the name of complementary breakfast they brought food outside to serve as said they have gas leakage in kitchen. The hotel management should work on the services very seriously.

An excellent home feel hotel at reasonable rates...rooms are big and neat. The owners are ex hoteliers so they have a good idea on hospitality. Their restaurant is yet to start. Bit they ho out of the way to keep you happy. All the best to them to do better.

Celebrated my birthday dinner at Hotel lakefront.. very nice ambience and the hospitality was very gd.. food was awesome and best part was the service team and their gesture towards the guests...They have nice rooms as well. Thanks to the whole team .. keep growing

Room service is good..... location is very beautiful

Worst experience, i had a confirmation on booking but when i reached there they denied me the stay. Another girl was also facing the same issue. She even told me that she called the hotel earlier and hotel said that her booking was confirmed. But at the time of checking in they said rooms are full. Lots of students came for an exam at ranchi university, which is located near by.. so they gave our already booked rooms to someone else who was willing to pay more
