The hotel staff are good and friendly.. And the rooms are good and affordabale

I spent two days here because of an examination. The hotel might not offer you a great view but the customer service is really good and unlike many other hotels, they won't charge you extra for online booking. It's around 1 km from Ranchi junction (because of a flyover construction the road is now under repair and one might have to roam around a little). They also have service to deliver food at your doorstep from the nearby Chill Out restaurant with no extra delivery/service charge. Rooms are clean and if you want you can call the room service and clean the room almost anytime you want. They have three types of rooms. I overall had a good experience and received a friendly behavior from hotel staff.

Rooms need maintainance. Approach road in front of the hotel is not good. There is no kitchen.

Visited during dec 27-29, 2023. It's very bad. It's not maintained at all. Usually no people stay there. Nothing yes nothing is maintained. Dirty rooms, NOOOOOOO service at all. Ac doesn't work. Overall, it's not a place to stay. It's like a roadside lodge of Rs300-400. Please note it's an honest and genuine review. If you visit you will be cheated for sure. Most rooms have no window. Thanks.

Nice ambience. Clean and spacious room. The bathroom also clean and had good plumbing. The cleaning staff came everyday for both the room and the bathroom. It's really cold in ranchi but the room was warm with a window that actually opened with grills on the outside and cloth drawers that worked like a charm. Lighting in the room was good and the TV worked. I didn't have to call room service again n again for every essential thing so I'm satisfied.

Good at all. Everykind of services available and location is also quite good but few of their employee is bit sharp on cash order. Keep it in mind and must know your bill value order to order. One issue with this hotel that they don't have their own kitchen and restraunt.

A very good place to stay if you are visiting Ranchi. Location 10/10 - walking Distance From Railway station as well as Jharkhand tourism Bus stand. Cleanliness 10/10 - Hotel is newly built. One of the cleanest Rooms i have seen in Hotels around here.

Good hotel near ranchi railway station. Room is very nice and room service is also good. It does not have fooding facility if you stay then you will have to order food from outside. Good location and recommended for people travelling from ranchi railway station
