Hotel Fountain

Very unclean, no fresh towel was provided , no hand wash no shampoo or soap has been provided, bedsheets are dirty ,pillow covers are extremely dirty, food is horrible, even after asking repeatedly the staff didn't bother to clean, there is tv in the room but no remote, no audio video connection, when I asked the staff if this is the way people stay here he said yes and he seemed very okay with the unclean situation, I suggest not booking this hotel at all, if you are a normal clean human being, my experience has been very bad honestly, this hotel was booked by the company who hired for the gig, so I had no option changing it, I am sorry I have been to so many states but this is my worst hotel experience, the owner should really look after or people like us will never step in here ever again. My stay at Hotel Fountain was awful. The staff was unhelpful and inefficient. Requests were ignored, and the overall service was poor. The manager was impolite and unprofessional. Communication was rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

I don't give 1 star to any business unless I am forced to. And unfortunately their unprofessionalism forced me to do it. I booked this hotel via Makemytrip for 3 nights. I called them 4 days prior just to confirm about my booking and make sure everything's all right. And they informed me that since their contract is finished with WB Inn so I have to cancel the whole booking as my booking is not valid now and I can book with them via the call. Since I paid the whole amount while booking so when I asked them about the refund. They said that I have to look into that and they know nothing about it. I wonder what would happened if I won't had made the call. I would have left with no options. I recommend all who are reading this review to kindly think before booking a hotel with no sense of customer service and professionalism.

Hey follow guest to this hotel . Please stay away from this hotel, if you have any women with you. For just some hundred bucks they will not hesitate to insult woman and don't give a damn about woman safety and also they can even denied you to stay even you have book from goibibo while saying they didn't get confirmation from them so they can't give you room. They have denied our booking saying since you have booked from goibibo we can't give you any room . You have to book from us directly. Then what's the purpose of having only website if you need to book personally. They haven't think twice that I am with female members. Alert : Please stay away

Will not recommend it as the manager namely Ramanjeet is so cunning in nature that I had booked an 3X Deluxe AC Room but he gave me DOUBLE room...I was there at night...think....that too without an AC I had booked through OYO . Before he was giving me the single room at the given price of Deluxe room but after deliberately asking then he gave me DOUBLE bedroom. He was gambling me telling all rooms are full. But it wasn't. Think how big cheater are they....plus oyo is also loosing its credibility due to this type of hotels problems not getting resolved. Room bedsheets was dirty... Window was not in proper maintenance so mosquitoes was there full night. Room service was also delayed from 40-50 mins. Would recommend not to go to this hotel.
