Writing this review after checking out from the hotel. 1. Rooms are in worst condition. Water sipping in from corridor. Totally damp walls and floor which feels like always there's something sticky and gloomy atmosphere inside. Bathroom is in total mess. Locks don't work. Taps are barely in working condition. Cupboards don't have hangers. The corridor is fed with water directly from the terrace by rain water which adds to some kind of water sports . Wi-fi doesn't work. No ac remotes available in the room. No geyser provided seperately only when you call them and they switch the central geyser on for a few minutes. 2. Room service is another headache. There is no lan connection for it. The service numbers provided rarely pick your call. If you want something run to the counter for minimum 2-3 times and after repeated complains it will be fixed. 3. Food cost is different from the menu available in the rooms. You will get to know the real cost when you check out. 4. The one and only good thing about this hotel is its location which is near railway station. So, for us paying 1,500/- per room and adjusting with all these drawbacks was not manageable. Rather within the same location there are many other good hotels at this price range minus these drawbacks.

Recently stayed at this hotel, and we found the rooms to be excellently maintained. While the service was good, there was room for improvement. A comfortable stay, but with the potential for an even better experience.

Checked the rooms at this hotel. The rooms are average and spartan. The restaurant attached with this hotel is nothing much to speak about. Finally had breakfast at this place and it was pretty average as well. And then left this place without renting any room. The room prices are reasonable. But for those looking for value, its nothing much to speak about except for that it is at a walking distance from the Railway station

Good location near Ranchi railway station. Staffs are well behaved. Room is good but can be made better. Price of food is little higher in my opinion. Lots of area need to be improved.

Room was fine.Food was not good.Service is slow.But in that rate,overall it was okay okay.Location is proper to do any work.

Fantastic hotel in its budget range.. location is perfect.. interior is royal..staffs are supportive.. cleanliness is top notch..enjoyed so much here.

Hotel is situated near the ranchi railway station. Room Food service is provided and quality of food was also good. Very user friendly hotel in good price.
