If you want to make your stay PATHETIC, this hotel will definitely help you in doing so. Few highlights of my stay: 1. Arrogant staff, especially from the receptionist Poonam 2. Pathetic service 3. Dirty water in rooms 4. Demanding extra money at the time of checkout 5. This is not a dedicated hotel but an apartment converted to hotel somehow, so keep your expectations at the least 6. Prices are more like a 3-4 star which is contradictory to the staff behaviour and service which can be rated as negative 4(-4 stars) 7. Highly unprofessional behaviour 8. It feels as if you owe them big time for the rooms provided Finally, stay away from these scamsters of Ranchi !

I have stayed here more than 4 times. They have recently started tandoori food which was just awesome. Really good indo-chinese food as well. Rooms are neither small nor too big. Very comfortable for 3-4 days stay. Room service has been greatly improved.

had a great experience at this place! the rooms are clean the bathroom and clean and hygenic the service is good the outside decorations are decent the open air cafe is the best with a large variety of soft drinks and cuisine. having lunch or dinner at the top gives immense pleasure and when the weather is nice the better it gets. the prices of the cuisines and at a reasonable rate.

The location on Google Maps is incorrect. Inspite of having a booking, it took 40 minutes to check-in. Room not super clean. There is no TV in the room. Ordering a water bottle took 20 minutes (Rs 32 per bottle and the room rent is Rs 2394 ). The linen was torn with stains and smell of cigarette smoke. The place doesn't have a lift until 3rd floor. Rooftop restaurant is dirty. Food is Ok but not great. Avoid

The first positive thing about this hotel was that, I was able to book a room on a phone call. After entering the hotel the reception welcomed us & completed the formalities quickly & helped us to our room.||AMENITIES :- The room was quite clean & neat. All the rooms are free Wi-Fi accessible. They offer both hot & cold water in bathrooms. Other standard amenities like cable TV, LCD's are available. The food here is also good & reasonably priced. ||LOCATION :- This hotel is located in a good locality. Airport & railway station are easily approachable. One can easily find a ride to any destination in & around Ranchi from a walking distance (Harmu Chowk).||The best thing I liked about this hotel was that the staff was very friendly & Co-operative. U can ask for any help anytime & they are ready for it.

Pathetic service & worst hotel I have stayed so far! Their hotel staff ignored customer requests bluntly. Even they ignored the request of providing 2nd bottle of water. WiFi password was not provided despite saying them multiple time. HK don't have courtesy to listen your request to clean them. I am utterly disappointed and don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!
