Hotel City Palace

Stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights. The room was decent and mostly clean. The service is almost non-existent. Had to ask for a cup of tea 3 times before just giving up and heading out to drink. The TV in the room didn't work. The power kept going out during our stay. It's a decent place if you're planning on just staying overnight. Anything longer, would not recommend.

Owner is very cooperative. Staff also cooperative. Room was clean.

Small hotel. Good for small gathering. I went for a book launch and it was great for an academic meet. Hall was decent but had some pillars that obliterated the view of podium We didnt had food from there, so cant give any information about. Parking is available but very small - 3-4 cars and few bikes

The best option in ranchi to rest or stay...

Great hospitality by the staff members of this place. The rooms are clean, quite good and budget friendly. They provide you blanket in winter. It's in the main market of Lalpur, so everything will be close to you like food, or mall or multiplex. No restriction regarding the entry time at night.

Hotel is just a average but is located at centre of the city. No problem in signing in. The behaviour of hotels staff were good. Facilities were reasonable. The beds were not at all comfortable and cleanliness was good. I found that bathroom was not actually in a hygenic situation. There is improvement needed for bathroom.||Overall it a average hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms dirty and unhygienic blankets are torn and black not washed for years, no service or toiletries provided, staff keeps lying about everything. Bathroom windows are broken and they are covered with dirty curtains. They don't even provide drinking water, Overall Unclean, Unhygienic rooms.
