Hotel Churuvilla

Pathetic experience with pathetic hotel management pathetic customer service. For one night stay they made us feel so hassled. From the time of reaching the hotel there was no parking space then they have no one to take the luggages in a non lift hotel. Gave us room with non functional Ac and after multiple calls asked to shift to a different room in which again there was no electricity which led to another room change request which had no electricity plus no water supply for washroom use. After calling atleast more than 40 times i was assured to send someone and fix the issues but again nobody came and ignored. Dirty washrooms bad services and at the end when we ordered 2 bottles of water as they were not present in the room they asked us to pay at the time of checkout. 0 courtesy and gesture and audacity to ask money for 2 bottles of water. Basic requirements of washrooms ac and room service wasn't met by this pathetic hotel and didn't even offered free breakfast. I request do not consider this hotel even for free go for better options in this range in this location.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Room Service was worst. Very poor management. Eg- There was no pillow in room Asked pillows before sleeping around 9:30 PM They said we'll get you in the morning... Really!!! Not worth it

My Three Sisters went to Hotel Churuvilla at Ranchi on 6th January 2025, & I have booked the room through confirmtkt app as per preview every things is good, Deluxe room. But when they reached everything is bad , on lift, rooms are worst, behaviour bad , bathroom basin outline broken beds are wet . Please stop all those things, Don't cheat with coustomer I think the owner did not know all those things, Please Sir , look after it, & treat your staff, how to behave with ledies (senior citizens)

I had a business trip to Ranchi and I was exploring the options for staying so location wise it suited me ..........So I booked a Premium category room .....I found the room worth paying but the room service was too slow and disappointing too.......when I visited the restaurant the price was on a little higher side and if compared with the taste and quality I found it not worth paying....if my message reaches the owner of the hotel ..... please look into it and make it to reach up to some standard.... Thanks

Worst experience in my life. Hotel stuff Ashutosh and Vishal are cheats. Rooms are tiny and they say something and act something else. No water from tap(photo proof included). Asked 10 times for water still didn't provide water. No one can meet you in hotel, no flexibility, will be treated like you are in a jail. Strictly NOT for the corporate stay.

As there were no options left, I had to stay at the property. As per their tariff rates, nothing is in place. Very much unprofessionally managed property. Very poor conditions from every angle. Nothing much too state. Not even proper ventilation facilities, and they're charging 2 portions of black tea sometimes 53 rupees and sometimes 47 rupees, when I asked nobody has any answer.

Best hotel ever in Ranchi ' also staffs are very friendly
