Hotel Apsara is ideally located in the bustling Lalour Chowk, surrounded by plenty of nearby markets, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The reception staff, while friendly, seemed to lack full knowledge about the hotel, and although the owner appeared approachable, it felt like there could be better communication regarding the hotel's services. However, the check-in process was smooth, and safety protocols were well-followed, so be sure to carry your valid ID proofs when checking in. The hotel provides power backup, but be prepared for a brief delay when the generator kicks in during a power outage. Additionally, the elevator shuts off at 9:30 PM, and guests must use the stairs after that time. However, overall, the stay was decent, and considering the reasonable rates, it offered a satisfactory experience.

5 stars to Mr Kalicharan for his hospitality. Lift here feels like from the 70s. You can't even get any cutlery before 7AM if you are checking in late at night.

Rooms need renovation. Bathrooms are not so clean. Food is good and available on order. Value for money.

It's good but theme is old..needs some modernization

Good hotel Nice rooms.. bathroom size is also good... Staff behaviour is also nice Restaurant is also available where you can eat or else you can order the food and they'll provide the food in your room.. and guess what there's no service charge for all these things.. Lift is also there... Worth recommended by me.... The staffs do not even ask for tips and all.. if you wish you can give tip or else it's up to you... Overall nice experience...

Hotel is nice but the ambience or maintain ace is not that great. Ok for normal gatherings but not at all recommended for any high profile parties or gathering at all.Good rooms, staffs are caring, good fooding, A little high price of food. All over it was my good experience.|Nice, simple, very econimcal, small parking place, rooms are being renovated. Very suitably located.

Located at prime location in lalpur ranchi. Good place to stay here. Staff are well behaved Rooms are specious. Room charges are also genuine. They provide morning breakfast on same expenditure. But certained things i would like to suggest that . Lift is old fashion . Also not work when power cut offs. regarding payment facility they also not accept through sawipe machine .Also no UPI system here .they accept only cash payment.
