Manager behaviour is also good. Treat the guest like a guest they will neglect all your mistakes. The staffs are awesome the really treated us like a guest not like the other hotel who treated them like a customer. Cleaniness is the major factor which disappoints me about the hotel.

worst hotel I have even seen. Will Recommend no one to ever visit there. First, I reached there at 8:00 pm in the evening,they started asking for double the booking amount to confirm the booking. On asking the reason they told, "I don't know how this app booked your room in so low price, we don't have rooms at this price". After half and hour of argument with customer care, finally they agreed to provide the room. But the conditions of room was even worst. First they issued me a room where there was no locking latch for washroom. the wash basin was next to the bed, and there was no geaser also for hot water. On asking for replacement, they issued me another room. For the entire night, the fan was making loud noise. couldn't sleep for the entire night. To add cherry on the top, you can also find dirty linens and lots of mouse roaming around the room who can eat your food items too. In Short, Worst stay ever.

I booked through cleartrip a single room cost 795 INR But the Reception team charged me 200 rupees more. Main thing is Room is not properly clean. No towels & Soap in the room also washroom lock was damaged. Electric wire was open. I suggest pls do not choose this hotel. I give -1*

DO NOT BOOK ROOMS AT THIS PLACE. I had booked a room from OYO in this hotel. I had paid the whole amount on the app. On arriving, the manager told me that I have to pay extra. they gave me a Non AC room instead of AC room .dirty bedsheets, dirty room, no towel dirty pillows. When I raised the issue,just didn't seem to care. They later told me that they don't have any other rooms available. So I told them why do they still show rooms available on OYO? Oyo are fraud company and also all hotel under Oyo are fraud .

After an hour of going back and forth with the manager and OYO customer care, they gave me an AC room without a working AC, no bedsheets, dirty room, no towels or pillows. They told me, "customer chahiye sir". After 3 hours of argument with OYO (who didn't give me a refund), they shifted me to a different hotel at 11pm at night. If I could give negative stars - trust me I would! I generally try to understand the situation and not leave absolutely negative reviews, but this place is an exception! The room was dirty with construction and was definitely not cleaned from the previous tenant. After asking for change of bedsheets, I was confirmed by the receptionist that it was done. I had to bring him to my room and show mud stains and curly hair on the bedsheets and ask him how is this possible that the sheets are fresh? The replacement sheets, although were freshly washed, were the colour of cappuccino. They probably have been using them since India got independence The staf were absolutely not friendly, the environment was so noisy I had hard time falling asleep. Upstairs it sounded like furniture being moved, downstairs someone was making smoothies and shakes up until 1am and on my floor there were very loud guests who were shouting to each other across the whole corridor and constantly walking around. In the morning, when it was my time to leave, I came down to the reception to find the person sleeping on the sofa. Mind it, I came down at 7am, not at the break of dawn. The parking lot where I parked was locked, so I could not even get to my bike. I had to call the manager and wait for a while to get to my vehicle. Also they could not locate my booking (luckily I didn't pre-pay), so I was charged a higher rate then I initially expected. Overall, a horrible experience, stay away from this hell hole like the plague, I mean it!

As of today, 28th Dec 2022, There's nothing good about the hotel except the location. +1 star because the staff is good. The owner of the hotel is a good man. He is getting it renovated. Hopefully in the future this will again be a good hotel as it was in the past.

Worst experience. Visited for 1 day. Lack of electricity, didn't provide soap in washroom, geyser was not working, bathroom was not clean, dust all around the floor, curtains were not there on windows and many more.
