I will be very honest with my review here and will talk about the good things first. Food here is really amazing all the things we tried were great. Room service was punctual and met all the requirements. Bad things : A lot of unknown charges and overcharges. They will give you a can of Coldrink of 40 rs and charge you 99. Water MRP 20 rs they will charge 42rs. Additional to that they do not give you clear reason for Room services order . They charges us 104 for a pair of slippers made of cloth. Hope they address this.

Booked a small get together here for few people. Restaurant staff behaviour is good specially the guy named Chandan. On the management side I found the hotel manager to be extremely rude and thinking himself to be oversmart . Soup was Served on disposal cups and even on complaining nothing was done except giving plastic spoons ( not restraunt fault) but it's complete managers fault who did not even came once to check but did not failed to give reminder for pre payment and taken it. There were other hidden issues and tantrums at the last minute so that nothing could be done by customer. Does not deserve to be a 3 star hotel for sure. It's good for one time visit for eat outs but not for family gathering and stays because of management issues.

Last week I have stayed in Arsh Residency for few days for my office work. I have stayed in many hotels in various states before but the hospitality I have experienced in this hotel, it's just unparallel. If I will get the chance to stay, I will love to stay in this hotel again.

No frills hotel to stay in Ranchi. Service is fast and rooms are clean and spacious. They have in house restaurant called barbeque which serves delicious food and the rates are quite pocket friendly.

I would say small space only for 150 people's at a time. If you want to host more than that can opt for be banquet halls or resort. Hygiene was maintained. Also price for a day is comparatively little bit high when compared to menu. *The management is rude and unfriendly. * Not happy for service .. I asked many times for tea & water.. even I struggled water bottle when asked. *Ok with below 200 banquet for crowded events. *No hot water nothing. *No parking ------------------------------------------- Sweet is good only and rest of items were normal. Not upto the mark. many things which were promised were not delivered even after multiple reminders. Since we were on some important work here couldn't inform the management to take immediate action. I am sure it will be rectified soon. Overall I would not recommend for marriage purpose and you should also cleared unused plate term & condition( hidden information).. I forget when I booked.

Had a stay at their regular Ac room. The rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were good. The food was really good. My only issue with the place and (hence my 3 star rating) was - there was no available parking space (despite being mentioned that they did, resulting in me parking my vehicle outside their property, which was at my own risk- The only area they have for parking is a small space in front of the entrance which barely houses one vehicle. Overall if parking is not a priority then a decent stay.

I stayed there for 8 days..Staffs are helpful. Rooms are not very big but not small even..Decor / amenities were good. Brreakfast good.. Free Wi fi, Room Service Prompt House keeping available. They help for airport / Railway station pick up / drop off, sightseeing..It is not very centrally located but within the city only and city center (Main Road) within 1 km. A cozy roof top bar can be experienced..Modern hotel.. The multi-cuisine restaurants serves almost all starting from Chinese to Noth West Frontier cuisine to South Indian... Recommended for all - Business & Tourist.

It's near by my room, service is wonderful here, theme is also awesome, you may celebrate your birthday, or any small party with your friends or family then this place is enough. This restaurant is big enough, if you are not feeling comfortable in ground floor then you may go for 1st or 2nd floor too, then after you will get a corridor like balcony which is completely open that is without roof top, you will love to enjoy ur dinner here.
