FabHotel Crown Plaza

The hotel is renovated, however the rooms are very old, and i stayed with my family in deluxe rooms, which was not worth the price. Soiled bedsheets, rude receptionist, asking to check out before time. The restaurant is ok. Overall, the average place to crash. The only plus point is that it's closer to the airport.

Rooms qualities are very low. No WiFi. Very rude behaviour from male receptionist. First awkward situation was they took full payment before check in. They provided excess amount of wrong food bill. Also male receptionist forcing us to give review in front of them. That's why rating is showing above 4 but scenario is totally different. Actual rating of this hotel should be 1.5 Worst experience.

This isn't a 4.3 rated place. Avoid. Not worth 1.5k at all via fabhotel. Fab hotels should review your hotels. All good reviews are fake. You know how reviews are sold. The receptionist wanted us to check out before checkout time

No soap, no glass to drink, only one bath towel for two occupants. Seems used bed spreadsheets. Water pressure was too low to use shower during a bath.

Very rude behaviour from the male receptionist.this kind of behavior not expected from the male receptionist. More over they are forcing to give rating infront of them. Also they give wrong food bills. Most awkward situation was that they take full payment before check in. Rooms quality was very average. Overall not recommend at all.

Very bad service...actually there is no proper room's room's was very dirty not only my room actually any room of this hotel was very dirty..and hotel manager was very rude to customers and also they don't know how to treat customers. Unko sheekhna hoga ki customers se kaise baat kre unko zara sa bhi tameez nai hai baat krne ka... I honestly prefer there are more hotels around here so please don't go this hotel anymore. I honestly request not to stay in dirty hotel

I would have given 0 but there is no option This is the worst hotel in the history of hotel industry

Shabby rooms, poor service, Unclean water..very pathetic hotel in a good location
