Hotel R.K.Palace

I have travelled to Pakur on a business trip. Booked my stay with R K Palace hotel. The hotel offers a very pleasant ambience with a very hospitable staff. The quality and preparation of food is excellent. Rooms are very spacious and offer good view of the area. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Best wishes to Team R K Palace

Really I enjoyed a lot, along with my family.. and breakfast superb.. very very cooperative staff.. proper hygiene maintain.. Rooms are very very good.. highly recommend

I came for the first time from Dhuliyan to Pakur for a one night stay by booking online but when I saw the room, it was very bad as per the price, the towel was torn, there were some insects roaming around in the bathroom, the blanket was of very poor quality, like a mat. Attached photo

Such a nice hospitality and staff are good in food are very very good and hotels room are very very hygienic thanks to all team member

Wifi not working.staffs are not educated.during winter season hot water in taps not coming.no geyser facility in rooms

Waiter is very rude and said jo nhi ha so nhi ha he was behaving like he did fought with someone

Terrible experience with poor service and rude staff. They lack basic customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
