Hotel Royal Hill, Clout is one of the best hotel in Netarhat and close to Sunset point and all the view points and having a very decent parking for car and bike also and a very lavish and very neat and clean hotel with congenial environment and supportive service and specially Mr. Abhishek Pathak G, the manager of this hotel, cost Wise, also, it is very pocket friendly and affordable to every middle class and individuals. Best for the family, you can book this hotel from the number. before booking any other hotel in Netarhat First visit it, then see other if required. Seen many negative reviews which i thought its due to one or two small reason many dislikes so Forget about all its past, Hotel is changed with changed ambience and service.upgrading day by day and soon it become Netarhat best hotel for both family and corporate with its own class. I am writing so positive bcoz my family liked it most.

Pathetic service by hotel staff, I booked Suite room price 3500, But nothing is available in the room. Neither geyser nor ac was working, their was no any intercom services available, you have to call at reception on his mobile phone. Reception guy was unprofessional & rude. I have ordered dinner at 7 pm received at 11 pm.

Extremely pathetic service. Room was not ready on time. People on counter were least bothered in replying. Had no clue about food availability or power backup. 1st room was totally dirty. 2nd Room ac was not working. Light and fan had same common switch. When we saw from the balcony, construction next door and people were peeing and spitting and looking at us. Finally we were so fed up that asked to refund and left from there. Definitely they are putting up fake reviews. The customer service at reception is so pathetic that no one can give 5star ratings. Booking invoice number - 261

The rooms are big with balcony. We stayed at the couple suite. The room and bathroom was clean. The staff is overworked and hence the service is very poor. Ordered food. The dal and chicken was served and the rice and roti was served after 40 mins and a couple of calls. Same was for every meal we ordered.

The Staff were well behaved. Though they are not so professional. The rooms were decent. The food was good. If you expect professional service by the hotels of Netarhat, please don't visit. But if u love nature and love driving, Netarhat is a must visit place.. The public here is innocent and well behaved.

This place is something else! Honestly, I've never seen such terrible service. They acted like I was bothering them just by being there. Housekeeping? Forget about it! And don't even get me started on the front desk - they practically rolled their eyes when I asked for extra towels. Seriously, the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I'm never coming back here again. Next time, I'll just sleep in my car!

Pathetic room service. Charging unreasonable high room rent. I could have booked 4star room at that price. Taking undue advantage of guests who dosn't find accommodation because of the seasonal rush.Dirty rooms, bedsheets and blankets are even more dirtier. This hotel is not even close to the photographs uploaded on the website. Editing my review post looking at the response from the hotel on my review. No one asked for alcohol in the room. These people are putting Fake allegations on guests to prove their point.
