Hotel Green Palace ,Netarhat

Very clean hotel..and excellent room service. Whenever there was a need the staffs and the receptionist Rinku bhai attended us. Nice hotel with a clear netarhat view around. Humble attitude and kitchen space clean and hygienic.

Very nice hotel. Staffs are also good..very helpful. Must visit this place again. The location is also good. Clean rooms and kitchen available for foods.

We stayed this hotel during 27-31 December 2023. It is very close to Netarhat lake. Room are very spacious. Double bed Rs. 2000/- and double bed with balcony Rs 3000/-. Both types are good. We got booking only for without balcony room. However, when i checked balcony room, more spacious and panoramic views. They have in-house restaurant and serve very good quality foods. In fact, boarder from other hotels come here for dinning. Foods are really tasty. I especially remembered Desi chicken curry ordered here for dinner. Hotel owner also very caring and supportive. They provided superb services during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Green Palace is a great place to stay when visiting Netarhat.

The food was good and good heigine. Location is also good. Parking area could have been better if barricaded (open space land parking). Reception could have been better (they force to fill couple stay forms/ undertaking). Else all ok'

We arrived at morning 7 am and had informed them previously about our early arrival. They agreed to give us with our room as soon as we arrive. But the situations completely overturned as we arrived and the hotel people were very harsh and rude with their words and refused to agree on the prior consent. So it was very dissatisfying and horrible experience ever. Hence we would not like to recommend this hotel for any tourists

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. Very bad behaviour of staffs. Walls are in very bad condition. Surface is dirty. Their commitment is very false. Shown wrong images. Gyser not working. Taken full payment on arrival only. Not refunded. Staffs dress up are very bad and they come in room in bad dresses.

This hotel is located in a good location, and has different types of rooms available in various prices. The rooms had really good amenities for the price that we paid for the small room. The staff were also extremely accomodating and nice. A small restaurant is attached to the hotel which is kinda small but the food was great! Giving it 4 stars because we had problems with parking, but that isn't an issue.
