Very bad service worst service ever.. nothing is working in their rooms water supply cuf off... staffs are coming in your room and taking stuffs without your permission.. foods were stollen by the staff people and no response from the management.. strongly suggest not to book for any event.. jet spray not working in many rooms.. no cleaning.. water kettle not working.. food worst quality.. staffs coming in room in your non presence... stealing of foods during the event.

Good place where you can visit with you family

0 stars for the service..We are sitting in the restaurant and write this review. Came by 9.15pm to celebrate marriage anniversary party but then waited for 1.45 minutes..To avoid further delay, we put prior order and after half n hour they told that many items are not available. Extremely pathetic service and staffs of this restaurant..I must mention the name Mukesh, whose behaviour was extremely rude and we tried to contact manager but he was not available. We asked the owner number but not provided..n further we left the hotel without having dinner..The whole party was spoiled due to them..I would never recommend anyone to go this restaurant.

Nice place to go with family, all staffs are well mannered and trained. Especially the food is delicious and available with cheap price tag. They also provide a safer and healthy home delivery facilities. Interior is so good! Must say "eye catching". You should must try it!

The ambience is nice. Staffs are decent. But any dish other than normal roti-sabji are not really great. What I got in pizza was anything but that. Even as simple a thing as chicken soup was below average. Giving a four star because for a small town, this is a decent place.

Over tha past few years, service has degraded very much. There is no maintenance. Serving plates are all scratched, lights are broken, tables are not cleaned. Even number of waiters have decreased resulting in poor quality of overall experience.

Service was verry good, all the waiters were very polite and humble and especially all the dishes were made fabulous and delicious. And the rates of every dish was genuine. Happy to visit there and would like to visit again there, whenever i get the chance.
