mixed experience. While the rooms were decent and comfortable, the service standards were extremely poor. The servers at the breakfast table lacked basic etiquette--they didn't even know how to interact with guests, let alone serve properly. The receptionist seemed completely disengaged, lacking even the most basic hospitality skills. If you're booking a regular room, be aware that it doesn't come with a queen or king-size bed--you'll get two separate single beds, even if you're staying alone. To get a queen/king-size bed, you must book a super deluxe room. Overall, it's a good place to stay in terms of rooms, but don't expect anything from the service. If they improve their staff training, this place could be much better.

Lovely hotel for functions n also vast variety of food available. A perfect place for all kind of occasions whether celebrating birthdays, marriage functions, kitty parties or any official party. As per my personal opinion, I would love to give this place a 5 star rating. Everybody should book this hotell for any kind of occasions. They have a big lawn to accommodate large gathering and also there are lots of A/C rooms with all facilities. Interior of hotel rooms is also superb.

I wanted to provide feedback on my recent stay at the Shivay Hotel, specifically in the Blue Room. While the food was satisfactory, I must express my disappointment with the level of service provided. Throughout my stay, there were significant delays in attending to requests, which is unacceptable.Moreover, on this occasion, there was an issue with the water supply to both the toilet and the shower in my room. Despite my calls to reception, no staff member was sent to address the problem, resulting in a rather unpleasant experience.As a frequent guest who usually stays at your hotel every month, this experience has left me greatly dissatisfied. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for your guests in the future.

I like the food here, it's usually very good. They should increase the portion size a little though as it is very less.

Nice stay with clean room and washroom. We booked a room which has river view the view was awesome at early morning as well at night when light was reflecting into the water. Food taste was good. complementary breakfast was quite good and had varieties. Staff was helpful. Locality was not prime but I would suggest for a peaceful and Clean stay .And the food is must try.

Best place to stay in!! The rooms are very clean and spacious and very cozy. Must say that the rooms are kept neat and tidy. The river view rooms are a total delight. About the food - they are very tasty and neat presentation too. Must try the continental food here!! The staffs are very polite. Will surely visit here again and again!

Overall hotel is guest friendly. It's situated at good place, nice scenery as you can see river from the window. Room is spacious, neat and clean. The restaurant is quite good as they'll welcome you warmly and will assist you so quickly. I really love my stay.
