One of the Worst Hotel Experiences - Highly Unprofessional Staff & Poor Management I had a terrible stay at RDS Ramada, Daltonganj. Despite charging premium rates for a 3-star hotel, the service was nowhere near acceptable. The room was not properly cleaned -- bedsheets and covers were clearly used and hadn't been changed before our check-in. When I raised a complaint, the female staff member *laughed* and nonchalantly replied that they had changed it after the complaint -- completely dismissing the seriousness of the issue. The rooftop pool is advertised as being for in-house guests only, with charges for outsiders -- yet there was zero supervision. People from the rooftop restaurant were freely dipping their feet into the pool, defeating the purpose of guest-only access. This shows a clear lack of basic enforcement or hygiene protocols. Parking is another major issue. The hotel's designated lot is extremely small. Guests are told to go park elsewhere, yet this same rule wasn't enforced for local visitors attending a function -- blatant partiality. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience. Poor hospitality, lack of professionalism, and zero value for money. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. Good property 2. Decent Location 3. Windows have films blocking the view outside. So may feel Claustrophobic 4. Authority needs to look at some minute details like tap water spills as the force is not monitored 5. Hotel is not very old but Taps of a brand like Jaquar lost the shine already. May be staffs need a know-how. 6. Authority may decide to keep a bucket to avoid water wastage 7. Staffs are courteous

My first and last visit to Hotel Ramada was a very bad experience because the staff here do not stand by any of their words, their words change with time. If you visit Ramada, you will have to record the words of the staff there. Also, if you book something here for a party or function, the staff here without informing you, along with your booking, takes someone else's booking for the same place and same time and then later they behave mischievously, especially their rooftop manager Rishu Kumar.so if u visit palamu then don't ,u have meny option to

Despite numerous requests for water to be provided in the room, no staff member from housekeeping has attended. The restaurant and reception never responded, 2 minutes were never passed for the hotel till morning. The service is disappointing, it's a manpower issue at the property, which leads me to advise against recommending this hotel. Additionally, the parking facility is located at a considerable distance.

The 1st time I went to a restaurant but the service was very late and the food tasted needed to improve ... People say good...but my own experience was satisfactory.

It's a nice place to stay. I would recommend to book your stay from its reception as I have experienced a significant price difference in online and offline booking. Overall it has amenities e.g rooftop restaurant, swimming pool etc however; no open space is available.
