Hotel Jyoti Lok

Only location is good. Else every thing is bad. Stupid stuff, they don't even know how to behave. Worst service, Room are dirty, bed sheet doesn't get changed regularly. Washrooms are not working properly. They will tell you that breakfast is complimentary but they will give you only 2 Aaloo paratha, wo bhi aise ki jaise aapke upar ehsaan kr rahe ho.

Worst service experience was very poor. Rooms are not maintained, they only have excuse for everything. Reception desk staff also very rude. Overall experience was bad.

The person in thr reception is a stupid. Who try to peep on to the room. I happened to shouted at him for mis behaving with my the person with me.

Rooms are good but at the night time no one will attend you Chahe kuchh bhi ho jaye....

Hi guys i strongly recommend not to choose this hotel..though its interior is awasome but you will get centipedes(kankhajura) on often basis which is like higly dangerous upon your life... food is good but supply time is poor...if you order from kanti roll resturant then its pathetic as they will yell you to pay amount as they say that this is not billed with your hotel amount....so guys i stongly recommend not to choose this hotel for your safety

Hotal infrastructure is quite good, but service is very worst. Bedsheets had not change, when i visited. Staff are little lethargic, there response is quite slow. Do not try Briyani & Non Veg. If you have to eat Simple Veg with Roti/Puri.

Good hotel as compare to the place and surroundings (town). Rooms are neat and clean. Food and services are also good. Location is also convenient. The hotel is infront of bus stand and a movie theatre is just side by and its own premise.
