Food was delicious.. Fantastic awesome But service is very porr.. Worst place for any function.. Staff behavior mainly receptionist... 1st order k leye mujhe 2ghante wait krna pada.. Starters v order krne k 1hr late aaya ... So pls improve this..

Worst experience of my life, from manager to staff everyone's behavior is the worst, washroom smells very dirty. On asking for breakfast in the room, the manager told me to come down and have breakfast, service is not available in the room.

Rooms: Ok Ok. Service: almost finished. Location: prime location. They have strated with a very fine service. But now the service has totally rubbish. Restaurant is also not up to the mark. Neither good food nor service. Needs to look on overall performance.

Location is good just in front of the flyover through which one can move outside the city, the parking place is okay and safe. The rooms are not so good although the washroom has geyser and a small corner is there inside the room to use as a dressing room consisting a wardrobe and a dressing table. We had stayed only for a night while coming from Satna enroute to Kolkata and the room alloted to us number 309 which had a defective lock of the main door for which we had to suffer a lot. Room service was good and the food was so so. Only recommend to stay here while someone have to stay at Daltongunj for a short time.

This hotel food service is poor, the attitude of the staff is poor. The sheets on the bed and pillow cases are not cleaned. The only reason to go here is to use the toilet and then leave. Overall the staff and just there to sleep on the benches and work according to their times. Avoid this hole in the wall.

Hotel itself is located in most convenient position nearby at Railway Station & in the heart of the town. Rooms are affordable & well-maintained, cleaned on daily basis. Service is good & the behaviour of staffs are friendly & responsive. Food quality in the restaurant needs to be improved to match with the quality & ambience of the hotel.

Highly recommend, one of the best in genuine price with outstanding services.

All I can say is ...not good experience. AC was not working all the time ... They don't care about your complaints even if you have complained them many times. We had to call them so many times for just a single thing.. whether it is water bottle or Mattress. There complimentary breakfast, oh my god it was rediculous. We waited for half an hour just for single sandwich , 20 minutes for a cup of tea. Lift didn't work and nobody cared even when we complained. We had two older members with us. Lastly at night there was a staff who finally listened to us and changed our room because door's lock were not working and AC was not properly working. But they really need to update there service according to there high price .
